É possível fazer um projeto no formato deste como modelo com 1 suíte, 1 quarto, 1 escritório, 1 banheiro, 1 lavabo/banheiro, 1 lavanderia, cozinha em conceito aberto com ilha 4 pessoas, sala conceito aberto, sem lareira, varanda nos 4 lados, sem recuo até a porta de entrada, portas, janelas e esquadrias de madeira maciça, espaço gourmet com churrasqueira de tijolos especiais atras da casa, alicerce da casa de uns 50cm de altura acima do terreno, teto de laje, etc. Qual o custo do projeto completo para construção no interior de São Paulo? Aguardo retorno! Grato
Very nice! Two criticisms: 1) the front door seems small and the windows too big, so I'd use a smaller fireplace, narrower windows, and bigger door, and 2) the microwave is in an unusable location for a height deprived person like myself. Somewhere on the counter would be fine and I'd store items I wouldn't need as often in the wall cabinet for the same reason. What I really like are the porches front and back, the laundry room (with both a W&D), the huge master walk-in closet, and the huge tub in the bathroom. I've been tub deprived for the last 10 years, so having one is important to me. BTW, I've worked for homebuilders and other construction companies, so having the floor plans at the end is super helpful for me.
Love the design. No long hallways. Natural flow throughout the rooms. Only have one problem in the kitchen and that would be the microwaves too high. I'm not the Jolly Green Giant. Put it over the range and get rid of that hood over it. That way it's more accessible and at eye level. Otherwise great job 🎉

I like this house. Simple footprint and roof design which makes it much more affordable to actually build. Small eating space instead of a big dining room which makes so much more sense in a small house. I just REALLY wish you would include the square footage of heated and cooled space. Also, It always works better to have the dryer against an outside wall to vent properly.

I was watching a video earlier where the realtor based in Tokyo mentioned that this arrangement -- a shower area beside a bathtub -- was very common in Japan because people prefer to quickly wash in a shower to get clean before they soaked in a bathroom for relaxation. Seeing that arrangement here in the computer simulation cemented for me that the designer is based outside the US.
