Never been a shareholder but loosely follow them. Personally I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Their proposed use of funds is just $115M. They also have $150M in the bank & cash generative... Figures do not stack up. Doesn't pass the sniff test. They have enough funds to do all that is proposed! Also the significantly reduced CR price is just plain bizarre. Secondly being cash generative allows them more funding avenues than dilution. I have zero trust in the management team.
As of 11th cxo was the most shorted stock on the ASX. 10.69%shorted . 198,589,338/1,858,516,794. This capital raise is rewarding the shorters. I free carried when cxo 10x for me, but I am disgusted with the timing of this capital raise.
I still have long term faith. The next 3-5 years should see an improvement. Then sell high. Before everyone realises that renewables aren't what they are made out to be and that net zero is a huge con. Then invest in real growth stocks and more property. In saying that, if the price falls significantly further I will buy some more cxo.. to ease the pain. Then get out as soon as practicable

You are absolutely spot on my friend. It's a scam, CEO is helping shorter and mates needs to leave and ASIC should step in. It really smells.
