DU is in no way bad ..It has some of the most prestigious colleges but only a handful students get in those specific colleges.. all I’m saying is you don’t have an option to slack off in IPM.. if you are in a good DU college and focused towards your growth then DU is also totally worth it
I think DU would be better option has it has better return on investment than IIM bodh gaya

I got waitlisted at IIFT and would love your opinion about the college before I go ahead and pay money for showing interest in the institute. I just feel very skeptical about it, especially because it's only business analytics and MBA-IB.

I'm late, but just wanted to state, IIFT Delhi is one of the best b-schools in the country. And the MBA-IB is mostly for namesake, maximum placements are similar to most IIMs. 25% to consulting me a rahe h aaj kal

Don't understand that mid segment IIM highest package going 35-40 LPA in 3+2 MBA program but 3 years undergraduate program placement BBA(FIA) SSCBS going 36 LPA in 3 Years.
Kindly explain is BBA (FIA) from SSCBS is better than mid or low segment IIM as per ROI & TOI (time of investment)
the 36 LPA package from SSCBS is the highest package whereas the same in an iim is an average package.

just look at this link the average package in sscbs is 8.32lpa but even the new iim like iim jammu is offering 15lpa of avg. package which is almost double of sscbs moreover in iim u are paying for its tag, environment, also you are going to get a lot of internships their as compared to sscbs and the main point is that u have a seat reserved in iim for M.B.A and we all know the value of an iim degree in coorporate world.

Yes you can give ipmat, you just need to bring 60% or more in class 12th to be eligible to give the ipmat entrance exam. Class 10th marks are not considered for eligibility to give ipmat, only passing marks in 10th are required.

Hey @neehal I am also in 10th right now and I would suggest you to take MEC only if you are completely clear about getting into iim if not then I would suggest you to take MPC.By the way FYI I chose to take MEC as I am clear about getting into IIM.

I have a question, is it important for a candidate to have standard maths in class 10th for IPM? As I'm in class 10th I will make my decision according to it.
No maths is not compulsory for ipm

2) how to prepare in 2 months for ipmat exams

Bhai tumhari mehnat mein kami thi i won't suggest full drop. I got selected in Rohtak this year and believe me it isn't that difficult that you need to dedicate a full year for it. I would suggest to take partial drop coz 160 seats ke bharose you can't bet 1 year

What is B.A foundation course , is this BBA?
Does the study load during first 3 years of IPM allow you prepare for CAT in parallel especially since even Saturday is not a holiday?
IPM program is an integrated program for 5 years bba+mba
So you need not appear for CAT if you get into an IIM after 12th unless you want to get admitted into a better IIM for MBA
Yes it's true that you don't have to give Cat but only if your marks and credits or cgpa are above 80 or average levels and any ipm students lower than that need to give cat it's compulsory for them
