This perhaps opens Courtney for another video on... just how small is a Planck length? (I assume there is one on YT somewhere)

Neil is a great *TEACHER* a lot of people think they are not mathematically gifted because mathematics is not easy to teach. But if you get a good teacher, it really isn't that hard. I went a long time sucking at math then at a city collage of all places I found a really good math teacher and it just clicked.
It was like he had a way to explain math that just made it make sense. Several people in the class had that, Oh my god, I *GET IT* expression on their faces. I think everyone in the class passed. It was really amazing.

A googol is the estimated number of years until the heat death of the universe, when the universe reaches equilibrium in all things and all matter has decayed away to the point where the last proton (the neutrons and electrons are gone) dissolves into the last quarks and the entire universe loses all capacity for energy. The unavoidable oblivion of the Big Freeze.

I have heard of all of these numbers dozens of times before, but I've got to admit, around the quadrillion range, numbers start to become too big for me to visualize. Quintillion just leaves me in a vacuous state of mind when I try to comprehend it, even with the examples used here. I can see it as the number form (1,000,000,000,000,000,000), but I can't imagine that many things. I can't even imagine a quadrillion things. Some numbers are just too big for us to see as more than the zeros.

A mole - 6.022×10²³ - is how many atomic weights there are in a gram.
So, like, take a hydrogen atom with no neutrons or electrons -- in other words, a lone proton. That has a atomic weight of 1. Or, in other words, a proton weighs 1 atomic weight. So if you had a mole of hydrogen nucluses, those lonely protons -- that is, 602,200,000,000,000,000,000,000 protons -- they would weigh 1 gram.
Look at a periodic table of elements. They usually have "atomic weight" written in each box, a decimal number. That's how many atomic weights that atom has. A mole of that atom weighs that many grams.
(Don't at me about weight vs.mass. This is not the place for that.)

You can tell that he always feels like he’s the smartest person in the room and he talks to the public that same way even when he’s explaining very basic concepts. I feel like if he had a full podcast with Eric Weinstein, he’d panic at the fact that he’s talking to somebody with a higher level of conceptualization than him because he doesn’t know how to submit and listen in that way. I’m a big fan of Courtney though so maybe I’ll find some other Scientists who can articulate ideas or concepts with depth in a digestible way. And this was still done on one foot with no teleprompting to remind them. I was told that Bud Abbot just memorized only the names of the characters and Lou Costello in turn ad-libbed responses to Abbot.

Why was that offensive to you? It's just nerdy fun, just like the video was.

13:00 The king dies and is buried. His flesh is consumed by a worm, and the worm is picked up by a peasant who uses the worm as bait to catch a fish. The fish eats the worm, and the peasant eats the fish, thus the peasant eats the body of the King.
This is a paraphrase from Hamlet by William Shakespeare, who lived for 52 years between 1564 and 1616. In that time he must have drunk gallons of water in different forms, beer, whisky, milk, wine, maybe even water, which he execrated back into the environment. By now his execrated water must be spread world wide, so lift up you water glass and drink one of The Bard! And the Queen as well, I suppose.

After watching and enjoying your reaction to Unchained Melody and checking out your previous videos, I recommend you react to Nightwish and start with this track: "The Greatest Show on Earth", which refers to "life and evolution by natural selection" similarly to Richard Dawkins' book with the same title, from where the song title comes from. These numbers aren't even that large. Look up Numberphile's videos on Graham's number. They have other videos on other large numbers.

That about the dollar bills is just wrong
1 dollar bill is 15.6cm long
    X 1.000.000.000 = 156.000km
The moon is like 384.000km away
