It’s good that knives became her own person and moved on from Scott when he obviously didn’t like her in the first place. Scott likes Ramona, they’re both adults, he learns his lesson yadayadayada. The point is that we should appreciate everyone’s growth. They even work together in the scene where it’s 2 player mode vs Gideon.
Because Knives is literally better than Scott and Ramona. Hell, everyone in the movie before he cheated told Knives that she is far too good for Scott and she should get away from him while she can. Yes you’re right that they both became better people but you can’t deny that it could have been avoided had Scott not been a huge creep in the first place and decide to date a 17 year old who he first met on the bus with her mom.

Ramona is just some chick that ran away from her issues a lot and rather than deal with it herself, she just left in hopes of starting a better life. Meanwhile Knives is so supportive and adorable and everything. Like she’s literally everything a guy would want out of a woman. Ramona is cool but too troubling imo and has a lack of facing things head on. But you are right that Knives is just a minor(plus the other point). I’m glad they didn’t get back with each other :)

So glad they broke up he should’ve been dating her in the first place and you can tell he only sort of tolerates her. Actress did a great job with the young vulnerable excitable kid who is doing her best and fully throwing herself into her first relationship.
