I love your builds and adopted your style for my own world. Regarding the fence gates in your entrances: you can use a normal door if you place a carpet directly in front of it. Because the carpet will elevate the villager a little bit he will be unable to get through the door. But the villager will be able to open the door randomly, so if you doesn't mind hearing the door being opened and closed constantly, you could choose this option as well. Works for me on Java edition :)
Hanging signs work great too! (They aren't the cheapest, but...) You can walk through them, mobs cannot~ Baby villagers and baby zombies can get through the bottom still, so do be aware!

I love this because it stays so traditional. You can make huge villager farms like a battery hen farm but this has so much beauty and simplicity to it. I love it. ❤

I've been told iron farms in Bedrock Edition are difficult to incorporate into villages, but this village is not only sound in function, it's a beautiful design. I will have to try something like this at some point with Bedrock Edition. I'd space out iron farms more, which would make them less convenient, but otherwise, yeah this is great.

You should do other village styles with this wonder. I’ve been slowly doing a non-functional but very pretty tundra village (although, more like an iceberg village), and I’m incredibly jealous of the functionality these guys have in your world!
8:27 once v1.21 comes out, we'll be able to automate the crafting of the melons from the slices. Probably even incorporate it into the process before shooting it up the water elevator.

Then you'd need to have villages in different biomes or have the villagers born in the appropriate biome and transport to the desired villager trading hall - well village in your case.
Do you find any lag occurring due to having all these farms in one area? I've built your trading hall in a plains biome and plan to fill it with non-plains villagers (so it looks as if they've traveled from far away to the trading hall to do business), and I'd like to build this village nearby so that this is where the (non-traveling) plains-biome townsfolk have their regular shops/market and homes. I'm really thrilled about this idea, but I'm worried if lag could be an issue.
Not really experiencing lag. The thing that makes my world lag is a load of redstone in one place (for example the elevator to my mineshaft in the let's play series. The farms don't usually cause lag.
Amazing job! I'm curious, did you have any issue with job match? I play on bedrock, when I use work station as decorative blocks I always end up with villagers taking the unwanted job.

The trick is to first get them the job, trade once (so they don't turn back into regular villagers) and then move them into position 😉

Not really no, I have adjusted the fog settings to have a little less fog but other than thag it's pretty much the "RTX/Vanilla'ish" preset
