What if I quit my job in the morning after my night shift then get called by my manager that he needs to see me in the office in person I did not know for what at the moment turns out I went to see him that same day in the afternoon after my 10 hr rest but he never showed up and got told by a supervisor that I need to do a random but I had already quit earlier and had a new job line up for next week so I called HR and notified her about the situation she said she would take care of it with Dot compliance and don’t need to take the drug test. Well turns out my new job calls me the next day saying they need to check my clearinghouse cuz there was a change, well I went and check my clearinghouse and turns out my former employer put on my clearinghouse DRUG TEST REFUSAL also I am clean and have nothing to hide been with my cdl for 12 years and never had a problem like this. now I can’t get a job as of now.. help anyone 😢??!!
you shouldve just taken the drug test if you were clean. never take what other people say for granted specially in big companies because they tell you one thing and the next day is another thing.
I justo got hired but i have a new offer from another company if i take the drug test from this other company the clearinghouse will notify my current emoyer?
Yes. All Cdl drivers but not undertrained guys driving Rvs and trailers, or reg 4wheelers(I get they arnt as heavy when loaded but really shouldn't matter as cvi accounts for the least amount of crashes on the road and 4 wheelers kill more people then commercial drivers....) stats don't lie;) it boils down to if the gov and regulators admit they are wrong they don't have the 15 ish Quadrillion dollars most of us should be paid out. 100 million people affected over the years at $15million I feel is acceptable individual payout(10 for lost wages or unrealized potential and 5 million for the pain and suffering, discrimination, emotional damages that has torn innocent families apart.) The cannabis rules have done significantly more harm then good. Stand up and demand justice. Cheers
Where do I find the 4hr class that I'm ordered to take for BTDS

Are independent owner operators required to register?

So, why does it take so long to report a negative after going through the sap process?
as a driver for 22 years it is just not worth it anymore
🤔 when someone "must give consent" that basically means either consent isn't necessary or the action is unconstitutional.
Nice videos. So, if a drivers status changes to prohibited, the employer will be notified, correct?
Thanks. Yep, if the status changes within 12 months after the employer runs a query
The whole point is to make more money out of truckers ....
