I was a Charlie sheen fan before the series but I've never watched it until now. I'm on season 7 and after all that's happened...I don't think Charlie was playing himself. I think he all the money got to his head and he got lost in the role....he became the character.
There is no after Charlie. Whatever they did after Charlie married Rose in Vegas is just another sitcom which has nothing to do with the previous one other than a bad copy!
Once Charlie “died.” They should have ended the show. You can’t recast that character. The whole dynamic was changed. Walden wasn’t his brother so it had no way to work. I noticed Jon Cryer’s lines got funnier when Walden showed up.
Marin is such a sweetheart and so cute! And she's an amazing actress as well, which she proved both in Two And A Half Men and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel! She was also EXCELLENT in a season 8 episode of Law And Order back when nobody really knew who she was...
I wouldn't say season 8 was that great. It bothered me how much they regressed all the characters that season. It was probably cause of Charlie Sheens behind the scene issues but season 8 was not great.
Good to know. Seeing them having a laugh, not at the expense of each other, but with one another, and just being friendly and pleasant to one another is a relief.
Jon Cryer has said many times over the years that Marin and Judith have nothing in common, and how they had to really reassure Marin that it was ok for her to go all in on being horrible Judith. She's such a sweet person that it was really hard for her to be that nasty.
Alan started out as a slightly complicated nerd brother going through a hard time but with a good heart, then they destroyed his character into a weird leech that lost his merit and was not as interesting or funny as the original Alan. Writing kept getting more and more stupid, especially the forced seasons after Charlie left
Jon Cryer, imho, was the star of this show... he played a neurotic, screw-up perfectly. i love those characters... alan harper, george costanza, michael scott, barney fife, etc...
Andy Griffith said years ago that one of the best secrets to having a great comedy on TV is to make sure you surround the main character with even funnier supporting players. He had no problem letting Don Knotts get all the big laughs while he reacted. (All of the characters were brilliantly written on that show with perfect casting.) It's too bad that Two and a Half went on too many seasons.
We're supposed to hate Judith, and to a large extent it works. Viewers couldn't distinguish Ted Knight from Ted Baxter, which got the actor very upset.
I really liked Knight in "Caddy Shack". He got a chance to play an intelligent, but damn arrogant, unlikeable ass. I dont' think he ever portrayed a likeable person.
Trust me guys like Alan Harper is a disgrace to men all over the world !!!! I mean how can one possible get kicked out of his own house, having his spouse take control of his life, money, car and his son and overall after doing all these pay bills and all for her dirty habits. There is no way someone going to keep his self respect by doing this
It's a little thing called a court system. If you watched the show good it was his brother fault for sleeping with his lawyer then dumping her so she took it out on Allen by not fighting for him.
Are there any women are on that writing team? I doubt it. Judith is a cold, sexually withholding, controlling shrew. It's like the writers are channeling their "poor me, my ex-wife is a bitch" self-pity through Judith. Judging by TV, you'd think that the average divorced woman was sitting around with huge alimony payments, while few get actually get alimony. Love the show, but Judith scenes make me want to smack the writers in the head.
Totally. The character is entertaining to watch, but you make a lot of sense. The writers probably projected their emotional issues with women. I feel like they did the same for Leonard Hoftstadter's mom Beverly from The Big Bang Theory. She's an unloving B word
Just ask any divorced guy if his ex wife is just like Judith. They are all just like Judith! That’s the beauty of the show. It shows what being divorced really is really like.
each actor of this show was perfect for the roles best show ever
She seems Like a Real Sweetheart
Lol
God she’s so much more likable than Judith. Just shows what a good actress she is.
Indeed. I hate Judith and I am scared to death of her, but I must remember Judith is a character, Marin is real.
She’s so damn hot
Marin is absolutely brilliant and funny on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (she's been nominated for two Emmy's)@@HasufelyArod
I never saw Judith laugh or joke around untill i watched this video.
That's Marin, not Judith
Charlie was playing his self, that's why it worked so well
you mean entertiming :D
both charlie and john are playing their own self . John is very committed guy in his real life too.
I was a Charlie sheen fan before the series but I've never watched it until now. I'm on season 7 and after all that's happened...I don't think Charlie was playing himself. I think he all the money got to his head and he got lost in the role....he became the character.
Very true ❤
She's one of my favorite characters on the show.
It's like she's the adult on the show and the two guys are adolescents
After Charlie it was not the same! Charlie was amazing in this role and perfectly cast
There is no after Charlie. Whatever they did after Charlie married Rose in Vegas is just another sitcom which has nothing to do with the previous one other than a bad copy!
My mother stopped watching after Charlie left.
Once Charlie “died.” They should have ended the show. You can’t recast that character. The whole dynamic was changed. Walden wasn’t his brother so it had no way to work. I noticed Jon Cryer’s lines got funnier when Walden showed up.
Ms. Hinkle is gorgeous! Loved her on this show and love her now on “The Marvelous ...”
Gorgeous? LMAO.. OBVIOUSLY you NEED glasses or have NOT seen the show
Read again Bob

All those people has given me so Much , laughter entertainment, happiness, good vibes, good feel. Escapism from this ugly world.
The coolest scenes are between Alan and Judith
The coolest scenes are between 1st and 8th season :D
@@shefchenko111 Exactly the best years with Charlie, Alan, Jake, Berta, Rose, Evelyn. Didnt watch the horrible kutcher.
@@christiancharles2866 he wasn't horrible at all but you wouldn't know cos you didn't watch
@@koenakiggy9353 He might not be horrible, but his character sucks.

Jon Cryer and Marin Hinkle are great friends in real life.
Good to know.

Discovered her originally on the TV drama Once and Again. She was spectacular. It was infuriating when the show got cancelled.

El Telia Haha true

Marin Hinkle est merveilleusement belle !
Avec ses beaux yeux, Marin Hinkle est Une Beauté !

for me i think it would be experiencing true divinity
That guy seriusly needs to change his laugh !
1:16 Alan's laugh
Definitely creepy.
😃👍🏿she's very Charming
Judith is the ex-wife from Hell, however Alan is the neurotic husband from Hell, I sympathise how difficult it must have been to life with him.
Alan started out as a slightly complicated nerd brother going through a hard time but with a good heart, then they destroyed his character into a weird leech that lost his merit and was not as interesting or funny as the original Alan. I really like her, great actress to potray such a mean character amd goodlooking .
Butifful person like I expected.
Jack is thinking about fast-food!!
in my 25 years tenure in the US, there were 4 shows that i couldn't stop watch: The Honeymooners, The Roseanne Show, Seinfeld and TAAHM
cant wait for season 11
The worst season of Two And A Half Man
Season 9-12 awful. Seasons 1-8 great.
Yeah, all 12 seasons were amazing and enjoyable. It's such a great show
Wow..
The best character in the show.....
Jon Cryer, imho, was the star of this show... he played a neurotic, screw-up perfectly. i love those characters... alan harper, george costanza, michael scott, barney fife, etc...
And now he's playing Lex Luthor.
He's doing a decent job and his portrayal is rather close to the comics, according to the comments.

A bit like Beatrice Arthur. My brother famously said "I can't stand Maude." I quickly replied "You aren't supposed to like her."
anyone know the episode in which the characters use "mostly" in their sentence and again say "mostly"??? lol
Marin is the hottest actress in media🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
She was a monster
yuhp!! she isjaja
She really convinced me that she was a yelling prick/jerk who parasitically fed off the misery of her ex-husband. Amazing acting by Marin Hinkle.
wow...angus is so different nowadays
epic laugh
was this shot before berta's death.I do not see her.
oh yes angus is really bored xDDD....well...he's jake, what have u thought xD
