You should start off with some research points in the beginning. Spend them in the research tab to unlock units and tanks. From there you should be able to recruit the now unlocked units from the main screen on conquest!
@@mysticegaming9935 Thanks for your response. Is leopard tank the strongest tank in the game? Because for destroying that I usually use more than 50 shots but they easily destroy my t62 tanks with 2 shots.
@@aminmortezaie6567 I have found that USA and GERMANY do have the best tanks in the game. However the russians and rebels don't have bad tanks you just have to be more tactical with them.

About battle risk, the units are same but the amount increases, and you get the risk bonus on higher risk
