Skid Row is a few blocks over. How much would you pay to live a stones throw from an army of drug addicts and insane people. I live 15 miles away and I haven't been in that neighborhood in 30 years. It's a shithole. Only stupid transplants that don't know better live down there.
What an absolutely spEcTaCuLar full if light space! It pushes all the right buttons in my heart. I love that he warmed-up tte industrial loft aesthetic of his apartment with the use of traditional orienral carpets. Very cool.
