What is the scientific basis of the 180 mg/dL ceiling? Seems contradictory to the 140 mg/dL ceiling for non-diabetics.

180 mg/dL seems a bit high. I follow Mastering Diabetes and using 180, my T-I-R is 90% with 10% higher. This is only using diet, exercise and sleep. Thank you for your work.

Very informative and thank you. I'm fairly new to CGM's and find tremendous value in mine. TIR is what I've been focusing on; as I continue to improve, my plan is to tighten the ranges.
