Hello! I'm starting to build a new playlist of MY FAVOURTIE SOUPS! It should be a fun project and I'd love any suggestions you have for soups you don't think I've tried or you want to be included in the list! They will be short, hopefully entertaining videos that I won't be going live with but I'm always around answering comments!
Cheeseburger soup..or bacon cheeseburger soup. Brown onion, garlic, meat. Make a broth of flour, butter/oil, milk. Add cheese..making it soup like. Add bacon to it or top it or both. Add croutons on top if wanted. Tortellini soup. Can use sausage or ground or shredded chicken or no meat. Chicken broth or use the cubes and water. First sauté garlic, onions, celery, carrots until soft. Add meat until cooked then add broth. Bring to boil add tortellini and cook. Can top with Parmesan cheese. I think your frozen kale would also be a great addition to both soups. As well as leeks. Deconstructed stuffed pepper or cabbage rolls soup is good too. A soup I saw and want to make. Sauté garlic, onions, celery, leek, carrot, kale too if want. Add broth or cubes and water. Bring to boil. Add small pasta…like pasta in knorr sides ..the flat kind. Can’t think of name. Then add balls of raw biscuit dough about the size of a quarter. Cook and eat…..biscuit dough like you get with homemade or bisquick. With these soups, add whatever spices and herbs you like…season to taste.
@@JessicaWanders I’ve made that..both cabbage and pepper. I can it. I add rice to it after I open the jar to heat. Works great for a quick meal when it’s busy or just don’t feel like cooking and don’t want take out. Enjoy! …I add dehydrated cabbage and rice when I reheat the cabbage roll soup. Just rice for the stuffed pepper., just to clarify.
Soup is always a great way to use up freezer items! Will you be doing a new challenge soon, or do you need to delay for now due to other life demands? Just curious...
I have some gardening videos to get out and we have a vacation planned this month so after that I'll likely be looking at starting another challenge :) There are always life demands ;P
@@JessicaWanders Fair enough, Jessica. Thanks for sharing. I hope you have a wonderful vacation. I look forward to watching you videos as they are posted, as always. You are still my favorite 😍 ❤️

Do you ever do a zuppa toscano with your kale??? So good!
@@robinswan5831 I never did get around to making that but I had looked it up! Great reminder!
I just adore a good kitchen sink soup like this! So good! Can't wait to see what soup is next!
It was so good and Mr. Wanders loved it! I love a soup that uses up a bunch of freezer stuff! :D It's always great to have you watching Robin
That looks delectable! I could practically smell it! Yum!!! And good job on using up so many things from your freezer!
Thank you Melanie! It really was tasty :D Pretty easy to put together too! Everything I love in a good soup!
Italian wedding soup is a favourite of mine
Ohh nice! I do love that :) I've never tried to make it though...might have to give it a try!
If you leave the links partially frozen you can just slice them
You totally could do that too! :D

This type soup freezes well.
It definitely does! I would leave the pasta out if I was going to freeze it though and then just add it when I thaw it :D
