Its never too late. If you work hard and believe and take all the advise you can, you can do anything you want. You will never achieve what you want unless you try.
A piece of advise that I learned through my life is that when you say its too late, it rarely ever is. Dont say i can do this and motivate yourself because motivation is temporary, drive is a force that lasts forever and is more powerful inside of you than you can imagine. You may not have had the chance when you were a kid but you can do it now. Go to a local track and drive all the time. Enter competitions and work your way up. It wont be easy but you can do it.
I've always wanted to race too. The first time I ever went on track was 2015. Now I'm racing at 47. I'm not pro, but I'm not too bad. I'm having lots of fun too! Go out and do some HPDE's. Start learning. There is no other way to find out.
Buy assetto corsa and entry level steering wheel, it sounds stupid to play games but it's a good simulator and for hours practice you get, you save alot of money you would spend driving a car(various cars, fuel, service intervals, tyres, repairs), join some local autoclub and socialise with people, try to do a couple of track days and if you feel confident buy some affordable car with a potential so you can compete in local races. One step at the time, but you need to do, not wish
I’m 14 and I’m going to suck at education part cause I have a 3grade education but I know how the car should work and I feel like I have a god given ability to drive a race car
