Great race man, I love that you take responsibility for your mistakes and use it as a learning opportunity. A quick question if you wouldn't mind? What advice would you give to someone who is 3 ish seconds per lap slower than you, with similar braking and throttle telemetry, and is serious about improving and getting into competitive lap times?
I know your not asking me, but its all about using the track to the max, and put in quite a bit of time to build up the consistency to be on the limit every lap, having the pace of these guys is gonna take an insane amount of work and patience.
@@balintujvari9666 Haha, if everyone more than 3 seconds slower than Jarno sold the game, that'd be 80% of all players 😂 (based on me being around top 20% on average across all tracks)
@@HackoDK Appreciate the comment my guy. Lately I have been working on trail braking a lot and I think I'm scrubbing off too much speed before the apex, need to be using lighter hands and focusing on using all the track to maximize corner exit speed for sure. My telemetry is literally millimeters off of the top 1% yet I'm 3-4 seconds slower per lap. These guys are aliens, in the best and most respectful way!
I think this strategy of saying out long works best when you are behind on points and others aren’t as worried about you. However be careful to use it when ahead your competitors may not fight for position as much if you are leading in championship while doing long stints.
Is the move by Josh allowed on last lap? He covers the left when Dani attacks and then he covers right. You need to pick one direction and stick with it?
Nope, shouldn't have been allowed. If Josh was on the left, moved right, then left into the braking zone, it could be overlooked depending on how aggressively they did the steering. However, he started on the right, moved left while blocking, then right again, while finally moving to the left into the braking zone. Weaving and blocking.
No hate or else just a opinion from my point of view. I think Jarno expected to much from himself after the incredible year of PSGL and WOR and in esports the presure of not wanting to make mistakes and also not disapoint himself completly broke Jarno, like he wasnt himself anymore, Jarno wasnt Jarno in esports.
I sonewhat get what you are saying. The main problem is not that he cars are equal, but that the cars are way too easy to drive, which is why the drivers almost never make mistakes. On F1 2016 for example there was a much bigger gap between the top drivers and the rest. In the last 8 years, the games have become easier and easier, and he skill gap smaller and smaller. Thats why the races are often so predictable.
Mate, I know it's too late, BUT ... why don't speak your thoughts out loud while you driving on the straights at Spa on cooldown lap, simply tell your calculations in mic and drive, say that you think you need to box, etc...
Dani perfect guy on and off track
should have been him driver #1
Was disappointed that Jarno didn't say Wilson Huge in the opening lap and then 13:18 💀💀💀
So happy Jarno knows how much we all love this 😂
I love it when a driver like you lets us see the brakes and the differential, thank you ❤
Doesnt matter at the end of the game anymore, every esports driver shows it in their esports highlights
That move Josh did on Dani at the end of the race would be a penalty IRL. That's not defending.
All the Time you have to leave the Space
Very unlucky season unfortunetaly. Next season will be better
Dani is the coolest one on the grid with jarno
go for it jarno!! u r the best ❤

If 3 seconds off, sell the game

Jarno Opmeer is a good kid no matter what anyone says.
6:12 Felt like slow motion, haha

Can you update us with the leaderboards after every race without spoiling anything please
Josh Idowu should get a penalty, that was late defensive move
How is track conditions for F1 esports decided? Is it up to the in game RNG or is someone deciding?
Game decides!
No outro song Jarno? 😥
What’s up with the pitstops? That’s how they do it in Esports? Why?
That strategy worked. Again.
how do you practice for esport events because tt isn't exactly the same as qualifying or the race
They just go in a lobby and do q1 to q3 with some drivers
It won’t be the same without Jarno x Dani goodluck in Red Bull Jarno
The only Mercedes guy I trust a title.!!!
Jarno Redbull or even TRL👀
Why Redbull?
No outro 😢
guess why leon

we will be there in F1 24, lets go Champ
wow knowing the story now its even worse... cause you had the pace in quali its just the strategy
Good luck at red bull i love you
No outro music :O
cause he ain't at merc
Are you not supposed to call it "SimRacing"? 😅😅 You are gonna get another grid penalty for next season 😂
😂😂
Is it only F1 Esports that run a cinematic pit stop?
Isn’t it because those are no live recordings instead replays ?
@@teambgr3595 nah its def a live recording, bc of the bottom left and the mfd at the bottom right
Red bull rumours true??
Yes
Will Jarno really go to Red Bull @chat???
Sadly it seems like it😞
Yes
Is Q1 here when you decided to leave Mercedes? :D
the rain doesnt look very realilstic.. it looks like you're not changing any of your lines what so ever.. which is far from authentic.
I'm surprised F1 esports haven't tried to say all the wet qualis are due to "climate change" 😂😂
do u remember how it went when u always used to make the calls instead of the team? i do.
Spoiler block

I simply hate, how f1 esports works.. Every car is the same, every pilot have almost same skill, same pace. Its full DRS train whole game.
That's how esports works, everyone needs to have the same chances, odds and conditions, that's how you determine who the best one is.
Yeah we can see how interesting real racing without the same car is...oh wait

The Audio in the video (Jarno talking in the background) is added afterwards and not the actual audio in the moment when it was recorded.
Think this series and game is an absolute joke that they let you drive in this cam should be forced in cockpit view
It’s not simracing tho
