I hear you! I've been trying and testing. I currently don't have 4 oz jars, just 8oz and I'm using CD8. I would like to get some 4oz. Your info will help. Thank you!!!! :)
@@Hey_Itsme_Viv Candle Science is my go-to and they have 4oz jars! In my opinion, they’re the most reliable, they’re very helpful, fast shipping aaaand I’m not getting paid to say this lol
In all honesty, I have never had any issues with melting during shipping. And I have used the softest wax that I’m aware of. It helps if you ship Monday to Wednesday, but… I have never had any complaints with the coconut wax that I used.
@@projectpink3365 have fun! A lot of trial and error. Enjoy it and have an open mind with your customers and you’ll do great. You’ll make mistakes…learn from them. Remember to have fun ☺️
Can you please share what brand of wax you are using. I’m trying to go the opposite direction of paraffin but the soy wax I tried doesn’t have smooth tops and that’s a no for me lol
All depends on the amount of fragrance you use and the wicks you choose. Paraffin and soy can be weak too if you use the incorrect ratio. Looots of testing.
@@sweetsarahsscents oh yeah I'm not new to this. I've done plenty of testing on coconut and soy wax. I started with it when I first started. I wanted to be "all natural" and cute. I had to join the parasoy gang. Now that will light up a House✨
She should have said coconut soy wax, coconut wax is a blend of coconut & soy wax & yes the tops are the smoothest ever.
there is coconut apricot waxes as well
Yea not all “coconut waxes” have soy in them unless that’s specifically what’s she’s using, a coconut-soy but they don’t all have soy.
I use coconut wax alone. It’s called coconut 83
which coconut wax do you use?
Coco83 😌 Have fun!
What wick size are you using for your 4oz candles? Thanks!
@@Hey_Itsme_Viv I personally use a mix of CD3 and CD4. Took me forever to get there but I got there lol Hope this helps! 💜

TY for your video hun!! You candles look great - which wick did you use?
Thanks, love! I use CD wicks. They work really well with coconut wax.
how about preventing melts during shipping? any tips for that?

Does it smell like coconut
Nope! ☺️ It has a waxy scent to it. And it holds fragrance SUPER well, so it makes it easy to smell how you want it to.

This took me like forever to respond to. My bad. Coco 83! 😌 have fun!
Why? What's the issue with the tops?!
Yeah the tops are smooth but the hot throw is weeeeeeak🫤
