Lol, this truck is a manual shift without synchronizers on reversed and first so you have to come to a complete stop before shifting gears and that's exactly what I do.
Drove mine way harder than that 100k miles over 18 years ,never missed a storm or a salting in 28 years ,never messed with transmission and now it's hauling "coffee" in guatamala ,with slightly rounded gears probly
