Yes. I like this version better than the one on HLDYHTBBYA. There are several songs on this tape that are on Absent & all of them are slammin...more so than the album version. IMO that album was overproduced should of left it with these cuts.

You are correct. I got these tracks in 2000. It's two 90 min. tapes..all of it is some serious slammin' and several of the songs appear on HLDYHTBBYA, but were remixed and over produced IMO. Check out, Oil Spill, by Funkadelic..It's on RUclips, my video. It's off the same tapes and is an out-take from Hey Man...Smell My Finger, BUT the OG out-take is a rap song. Not this remix tho.
