    nice garden, nice pool, nice facilities, overall nice, relaxing. hopefully no snakes 🤭 (looks like they have lifts issue)

      @@drewh3224 snakes are everywhere especially near river or bushes, there are probability, u never know and should be cautious. and uhm, it is, pretty common in Sabah, but i have seen just a few in my entire life.

    from the outside the condo looks just like any other condo but didn't expect the inside to be quite nice with garden concept.

    Nice landscape, facilities, night decoration and also convenience of supermarket & some shops at downstair. Like Shawn said, this would enable the not established developer (JKG) to build its reputation

    Was looking at this project about 2~ years ago before I ended up with another unit.
    Honestly, if it was in any other location and the density was a bit lower, I'd be pretty keen.
    Did a dry run of the traffic around 8-9am and 5-6pm when construction was in progress and it was... hmm.

    Grear review! Been there about two months ago thinking to buy block D. However the piling for phase 3 still not done yet which is my biggest dealbreaker. Just worried 2-3yrs later all tiles start to crack from the adtermath of the piling just one street away.

    Love this project, Era or solasta? facilities wise top notched....Is it walkable to MItec? seems need to cross the road which is dangerous..

    Was told by the salesperson back then in Phase 1 that Tan Chong industrial will be change to something else, but seems like not the case. 5-8 years down the road, hopefully they can cope with the maintenance fees and maintaining the landscaping.

    I was recently promoted with this project for phase 2.
    Got to say, i'm really impressed with the facility and treatment.
    However, it's still too early for me to purchase house and the project actually is quite far from my work place (using public transport)
    Still, would consider the phase 3

    Great review! As to my understanding, there seems to be new facilities with each phase. So what we've seen so far, isn't all there is, there will be much more facilities and stuff based on the plan.

    See, you visited when the weather was wet, if it was sunny and dry, you might see/feel the amount of dust from the continous construction prior to the whole project completion. What do you think?

      Well it's a fact that there are several phases left for construction, so it's important for buyers to take note. Not only dust, noise and congestion take place too. Thanks for sharing!!

    Gonna monitor the reviews about issues on the high density, upstair neighbour noise pollution & door slamming 🥴
    Not to mention how the management will take care of the facility decks and overall maintenance. We’ve seen this happened to the beloved Cloudtree Residence in Cheras, wonder how this one is gonna fare

      Is it during the earlier period right after hand over? I'm not too sure too. Only residents would know.

    I live near ERA and have been a regular customer in their Supermarket below. Sadly, at the slow rate of business they get everyday...I wont be surprised if they close down in 2024 or 2025. Something drastic need to be done to revive the slow supermarket business. A Supermarket is the pillar in most Malls and Commercial buildings so it is essential that this supermarket is successful. If not....sigh...

      I'm an owner here. It's been a year since this video and I see the grocery is kinda thriving. The retail also is getting more traction, with all the eateries and bank. We also have Aeon Wellness now. I say things are going great.

      For highrise it doesn't matter as much because they will be using piling to set on bedrocks most likely. It would be a bigger concern for landed houses.

      @@iherng yup. MRT3 will be in the underground while the KTM station on the surface. From the MRT website I noticed a transit station for Jln Kuching MRT.
      Once siap sure the property value naik kaw-kaw. Hehe

      Sad to say, yes😢 Lower density projects' GDV not attractive to developers. But I think the era has a slightly larger landsize and less unit than M vertica. But still, pretty high dense

      @@jamietan4754 i think developers just seeing how greedy they can be. if these super high density projects are rejected by msians, they’ll stop making them. the high interest environment gonna be a rude awakening for many ppl who think buy whatever property sure make money…

      @@Tiffany-dw1yp its actually depends on how you define High Density, 450 units per block with 5 lifts supported each floor. For me, its much less dense than other high dense properties

      @@shaun5587 RC residence is having 5000 units divided into 12 blocks, so it's approx. 400 to 500 units per block. Will you still feel that it is less dense too? 🙂

    Sad to those who bought this for investment....there's just a lelong unit released for 503k recently. Current rental market i checked also macam x cover much for rm630psf installment...not to mention the maintenance fees

    Duta north hahahahahahaa!! Bloody hell it's Segambut!!!! Particularly at Segambut industrial area, Jalan Segambut. Developers really needs to do reality check and stop with the nonsense practice of renaming locations unnecessarily.
