time stop is actually just star platinum / the world manipulating gravity in a way. im not smart enough to explain it, but made it heaven has control over the entire universes gravity, and in consequent can make himself immune to star platinums time stop

Puchi IS so fast that even on the jotaro time stop It can move slowly
The time accel helped with that and also ended faster as the time accelerated faster
He can’t move during time stop, the only thing that can happen is the time stop being shorter due to time being acclerated

5:00 no made in heavens ability is mainly time acceleration, which also he can apply on himself making himself have basically infinite speed. His time acceleration caused the entirety of jojos part 7-? Since he reset the entire universe
No part 7 is separate from parts 1-6. Made in Heaven did not make part 7.
