- Always trying to broaden music horizons on this channel, I am happy to introduce a track from Neil Landon - another of those session singers of the late Sixties and early 70s who are credited with singing on a surprising number of chart hits. The song-writing duo of Carter and Lewis used his talents often, alongside ones like Tony Burrows and he has featured in bands like The Ivy League, The Flowerpot Men and White Plains. Here's a solo single from 1966, the song (of course) written by John Carter and Ken Lewis.
What a cracking song and lovely voice!!! Thank you for the introduction to this fine artist Neil Landon!!! Hope all is well dear Victor!!
Lorraine 👍🎶🎵😊👋👋
One of those guys who was "bubbling just under the radar" back in the late 60s - early 70s, Lorraine. Like so many others I'd love to feature, he never made "the big time" but he is remembered by a lot of fans. All is good here, my friend. Love to you and all the family. 🤗🤗🤗
Thanks friend , very good song , your fan Henri put Belgium 🇧🇪 cheers
Thanks. Not too many know of this guy!
Quite a lot of session singers are good in their own right , This is a good one ,and the song is good as well . Thanks Victor.
There's not really enough material to do a regular feature of Neil, but I am happy to slip this one in.
Good one Victor, great tune..
Thanks, FC. Have a good week there, my friend.
is unusual you have no lyrics here Victor for this song that i dont know ..i sound like a cracked record lol
You know why? I get a lot of critics pointing out my mistakes with the lyrics. So I try to add them only where I can find the lyrics on Google. I couldn't find any to this song!
