My friends, I fixed the audio in the software but i assume it's not good yet, I'll record the voice separately as soon as possible I'm so sorry for such a flaw It'll be fixed.
Please I don’t want it on netflix. This should be exclusive for every fans to watch. Not to be exploited by other power money hungry higher up industries.
It's good that bts's introduction vedios or series are free & fan made.... along with the documentaries that are from bangtan tv which mainly highlights their inside thing, their journey of a specific period... So it seems genuine 💜
Keep in mind when they say their ages their actual ages are 1-2 younger because Korean age is calculated differently (although I think they are moving to use international age soon). So Jungkook was 13 when he joined Bighit and 15 when BTS actually debuted, and yes he is the youngest. I can't imagine being 13 years old and moving away from my family. If you want to know how Korean age is calculated is basically you are considered 1 when you are born and then on January 1st (New Years) everyone turns a year older, not on their actual birthday. Here are BTS ages when they debuted in 2013. Jin age 20, Suga age 20, J-Hope age 19, RM age 18, Jimin age 17, V age 17, Jungkook age 15.
*FYI - for this series, Aneesa is very mindful of what she adds, and you will get gems at the end. So please don't stop the video before it ends, you will get a short preview of what is coming up, but you will also get clips of Vlogs and special moments and songs you may not get anywhere else. It really adds to the story.*
Keep watching. The episode hasn’t ended, there are ending scenes. Also there are deleted and bonus scenes that are in a different video. Am enjoying your journey. 💜
official music vids going to be posted on Big Hit and Hybe official channels. A few of their older music vids are on the 1theK channel, it's an official channel of a music distributor company. In any case, all their music vids should be much much more than 5 million views. Also, all the ad revenue from Rise of Bangtan videos go straight to Hybe, the creator Anessa said all the videos are claimed by Hybe and she didn't earn anything from creating the series. It was a passion project for her since she is a professional editor herself and has been a big fan of BTS since the very beginning. She had a Patreon but all the money went into production costs (like for software, programs, hard drives, etc.) and the rest she donated to charities. She personally did not earn any profit from the series, and she didn't want to. She was holding down a full time job while creating the series.
This is a great series! Aneesa (the creator of The Rise of Bangtan) shared that she has been working on this series (her labor of love) for over 3 years! She is taking viewer on a journey step-by-step from BTS' perspective not looking back on their days but living through them (with them). She edits their content to allow BTS to speak their thoughts, through their experiences at the time because BTS has been documenting themselves since BEFORE their debut, so there is A LOT of material to edit down to tell their story! She also gives an overview of the KPop history for those who are not familiar with the industry. She uses clips from different video clips of other idols/ journalists interviews to try to give a broader perspective of the industry. Her skill as a professional video editor really shines through. Amazing work! I think many ARMY really like this series (besides it being extremely well made), she doesn't try to interpret what "she thinks" BTS is trying to say, she just shows the viewers exactly what they said and shared about what their thoughts were at the time. She is an "OG" KPop fan and BTS fan since pre-debut! She also shared that BTS has been the light in her darkness for many years now. *(Cr: "FY" on yt)* I think it's important to notice the differences between BTS' worries and the other trainees worries. BTS' were worried about their own personal skills (not dancing well enough, song worries, etc), about not getting attention when they debut due to their small company, not having money, etc. While the other trainees seem to be living in fear of being cut from the company at any moment if they make one mistake, worrying about weight quotas, etc. BTS stayed until late hours because they WANTED to, while the other trainees HAD to. Obviously BTS had things they had to do too, they could've not made it to debut as Jimin almost did due to short training, but instead of using that as a fear to hold over them Bighit seemed to use it to encourage them to work harder and improve themselves. BTS were allowed to make mistakes without worrying they'd be thrown out of the company. I'm very glad that they all signed with Bighit, and that Bighit has caused a shift in the Kpop industry, lots of newer companies are giving their groups more freedom and treating them better due to BTS' success. These companies see that idols don't need to be punished and forced to do things in order to succeed, BTS are proof that freedom and happiness should be the most important thing. *(Cr: "Shannon" on yt)* Now plz understand this 1st episode as well as 2nd one, shows two sides, one is typical k-pop system and how the labels/industry work, whereas subtle hints of BTS and bighit being contradictory different is shown, BTS is different from other K-pop groups and BigHit is different from other idol music companies. These first few episodes can be misleading because it makes you think BTS management follows these guidelines the other idol members from other companies are talking about, but BTS and BigHit don't do those things. Notice how when it is said idols don't have a lot of creative freedom, you see Namjoon and Yoongi writing lyrics, or when it says idols have phone bans or something, you see the BTS members on their phones, or how when idols say they aren't allowed to go outside the dorm, you see Yoongi walking around freely. It can be a confusing thing for new ARMY to make note of, but PLEASE notice these differences. It is vital to how BigHit runs differently, and therefore why BTS is so different from other idol groups from the very start. *(Cr: "Kayla Kulik" on yt)*
The training is not mandatory for all students ( it looked like you understood it like that). If you want to become an idol, you audition (or they find you) and than you get in the trainee program of that company where you have classes for all those things they mentioned. BigHit was different apparently because they gave BTS more freedom since the start (most kpop idols don't get that). I think this is what the first episode tried to show.
As an ARMY, I am jealous of BTS as well. I am not jealous of their success. I am actually proud and happy for them. They deserve it. What I am jealous of is their closeness and bond. I wish I had a friend or even siblings that are as close as they are.
These videos are years in the making from.planning to the actual editing. Aneesa the creator really put her blood sweat and tears on this one. Deserves an award if you ask me. Amazing really
Hi, the series is very well done!!! Aneesa (the editor) did a good job to put all the different thinks BTS did compared to the other Big 3 Companys. The fact that they were free to decide when and how to practice was a new thing in 2013 because all the Idols were NOT free at all, expecially the fact that they composed their own songs. In K-pop in general are few the groups that have members of the group that contribute on the composing process. When you watch the series you can see the differencies compare to others K-pop idols and what Make BTS the people that are today. Ah…and just to inform you about the culture, people in Koreain are in general very “close” so you will see often people hugging. In Europe it’s common especially between girls but not between boys…it’s very different but I think it’s a normal thing if you are close with someone show your affection to them. As always thanks for the video!!💜
Actually what I have seen, its quite common in West too. Maybe not in 'common life?' but life where are group of men growing together, living dorms, practis, play, face hard things, eat, go showers together, have to trust each other and so on... like worlds of football, icehockey, army, theater/movie, firefighters and just say it.... They hug, cry, slap each other... and humour can be even quite harderd what you see in kpop 😅💜
@@chisays9936 Yes, I meant “common life”…but it’s different because the culture. In Korea even if you are not in a team, you are close to someone maybe only because you are born in the same year…? It’s different. And in West if two males are too close…most of the people think badly (when it’s a normal thing if you are close to someone show your love or appreciation). Thank you for your help in the comment (sorry but I’m not fluent in English and I don’t say wrong things)💜😀
The male hugging thing is different here in the UK men do hug each other along with slapping each other backs and fist pumping depending on their preference. It's a bit more relaxed compared with other parts of Europe when it comes to male bonding.
Hi cyrus, thanks for the reaction. Please note that the in videos they are telling their korean age which adds up to 2 years to their original age. So they were all really young that time. Also I find the kpop way, although harsh, but very effective to train idols before putting them in the light spot to ensure the quality of music and performances. However some rules can be extreme. Also I see that the k-culture is a massive movement that isn't only restricted to korea but spreads more to the world as it shows the effectiveness of a whole pack of whatever you would be interested in all in one place which is amazing
Korean age calculator demographic is totally different in others countries . when jk said hi started training 15 years 0ld ( his actual age is 13 years ) because t is always one or two years more than your international age. Koreans consider a year in the womb as counting towards their age, so every one is one year old at birth. Everyone gets one year added to their Korean age on New Year's Day for example you born in 22 October 1996 . ( u already 1 years old ) in 1jan 1997 you 2year are started Nd regarding trainie culture is korea is totally different what u think😄 that's not a compulsory for all student. If anyone want to become a ideal (go through multi auditions) if u crack the audition after that your traine period start ( u find them not they find you) Korean idol traine system + educational system are very hard as compare to other countries . ( because of this harsh system student suicide case( under the age 18) are very higher (28.6% world demographic) according to international reports 2021 Korean has 4th rank Countries with the Highest Suicide Rate
Jungkook was 14_15 years old then ,but in Korea they add 1_2 years to the global age , let me explain in Korea once u r born u r already 1 year old ,and once the new year comes (1january)u need to add another 1 year,so remember when you hear them talking about their age or smth to take 1 year or 2 from it , I'm enjoying ur BTS journey 💜
the point of showing bang pd saying the members were given freedom to determine how to participate in their training and that he didn't dictate how often they should practice, is in direct opposition to how trainees at other companies were handled, as outlined throughout this episode. it wasn't because they were "experts" at this point. imagine the caliber of trainees and level of competition at the big money companies. their trainees would be even more high caliber with your logic, right? the point is, big hit/bang pd had a different approach with his BTS trainees. most army believe this is a big part of the magic that created such an amazing group. i mean, think, why would the creator of this series show editorial on the dark side of kpop? the reason is to show how that WASN'T the case for the members of bts, for the most part.
Oh wow! I am replying before I even see your full reaction. This is the series that made me fall forever in love with BTS. So well made. It will take you a while to get through them all but it is so worth it.
Thank you for reacting to this, Aneesa(creator of the channel) put so much effort to show the journey of the boys. Please react to their deleted scenes and bonus content per episode to witness more of their personality and react to the end of each episode because there are extra clips at the end
thank you i think army´s take pride in being good people just like BTS is good people. their personality and good deeds rub of on us. it´s like being part of a community with positive people and everyone is accepted. so it´s not only BTS but army that attract people.
this docu-series is super top-tier... i can't even imagine the amount of hard work army has put into this... saying it's netflix-worthy is an understatement...
Training system is not everybody's culture. It just for who want to be an idol. Only People who want to become idols do audition, compete, and build their own career. That's not what most teens do.
I am looking forward to your reaction to the next episodes... you know what it keeps getting more and more interesting... it's like expressing 10 years in a single series... gives a touch about the Korean industry & let's you know what bts really is ! What's the difference, the speciality, the quality... It will be a awesome journey with you💜
You talk about BTs being famous twice, yes, they are NOW but at that time, they were just poor trainees in a small Agency without money or connections ! They just have their dreams, raw talents and hearts of a lion . The Rise of Bangtan will show you how this 7 young kids became the biggest and influencial group in the word in less than 10 years, with only their hard work, passion for music and dedication for their fans, who return them all the love and support. RM was the first to be sign by the compagny in 2010. At that time, the project was to made a hip hop group, and the first line up of BTS was only rappers. In 2011, the project was cancelled, and Bang PD decided to create a hip hop Idol group. All the rappers leave, except RM, J Hope and Suga, and yes, they have to dance now Lol ! This 1st episode of ROB shows the typical k-pop system and how the labels/industry work, but also, how différent is BTS and Big Hit. Some hints are really subtile: when it is said idols don't have a lot of creative freedom, you see Namjoon and Yoongi writing lyrics/ when it says idols have phone bans , you see the BTS members on their phones/when idols say they aren't allowed to go outside the dorm, you see Yoongi walking around freely. The série also show the differences between BTS' worries and the other trainees worries. BTS' were worried about their own personal skills (not dancing well enough, song worries, etc), about not getting attention when they debut due to their small company, not having money, while the other trainees seem to be living in fear of being cut from the company at any moment if they make one mistake, worrying about weight quotas, etc. (NB: BTS don't have weight quota, but you often see them doing a diet, before every come-back, to be thiner. It seems to be a very important standard not only for Idols, but for all Korean people, and in a lot of asian culture. ). Bang Si-Hyuk , when he created Big Hit, openly stated he didn't like the system that the Idol industry had created and he wanted to do better. So he choose the boys for their talents and raw potential, not for their face (except Jin, none of them fit the very strict "k pop male beauty standards" , that's why anti attack them so badly for being "ugly (!) or "not a idol face", specially RM and J hope, but also Jimin who suffer from bodyshaming because he was cheeky and not thin enough, poor angel ! ) Big Hit let the boys have control over music, express their opinions, allowed them to talk about issues that many in SK society wouldn't, like mental health, school pressure, disparity in societal classes and so on, and it's not usual in the Kpop industry. This mindset, added to the lack of fund and connections, made them an anomaly in the Kpop Industry. They succeed not only without any help , but against the system witch try to destroy them, creating another way to be successfull. And please note that Korean ages are not international ages. So in january 2013, they have respectively : JK 15 years old, V and Jimin 17, RM and J Hope 18 (turn 19 in February) , Suga 19 (turn 20 in march) and Jin 20 .
What the CEO means about him not restraining them is because other KPop agency control all of their actions, like they cant make or write their own songs they have no freedom to do what they want to express their artistic side. Thats why he said he did not restrained them to bring out all of their capabilities. And thank you so much for ur reaction , borahae💜💜💜
Loving this. Glad tht u started on this chapter btw should watch it til very end 😅 looking forward fr more of Bangtannies content. Thanks Cyrus for reacting to Bangtan. Stay blessed 💜
Hola Cyrus!! Yo me hice army hace sólo un año y me ayudo mucho ver the rise of bangtan!! Además te dan un contexto cultural enserio debería estar en Netflix … un abrazo fuerte y sigue disfrutando de nuestros chicos 💜✨
Rise of Bangtan is generally very good but i would keep two things in mind; 1. It does often look at bts’ career through rose tinted glasses and does not truly show the struggles and hardships they went through. Only addressing specific events at times and glossing over the truly crushing things bts experienced along with not even mentioning a lot of their general hardships and struggles nor the mistreatment and push back from the industry bts faced, mainly focusing on the positives and perhaps showing a bit glamorised version of events specifically during their early career. 2. It gives a view that generalises bts with kpop and doesn’t clarify enough for new viewers to necessarily understand that it isn’t talking about bts in specific moments. Of course I understand that making this documentary series alone on her free time is very hard and all things cannot be done perfectly and there just isn’t enough time for everything, the creator has put a lot of time and effort into this series and it is great and I appreciate it and her. But I’m just saying this because this is still a fan’s perspective of things and only gives a general understanding of bts and kpop, so just keep that in mind :)
Please watch this videos till the end, at the end there are more clips and also please don't forget to react to the "Bonus content" and Deleted scenes" after each episode. Its literally the continuation of each episode with a lot of informative and interesting info as well as clips that show you more of BTS's personality and it will help you not only to get to know better BTS but also understand why we love them cause their personalities are a big part of the reason. :)
The creator of this documentary is Aneesa. She is a pro editor and she is working on the last episode of the series. Unfortunately she said she could no longer continue with the series since it has taken so much effort and time. This is the best document ever. And she is getting nothing out of this project since it's filled with copyright songs. Each episode also has a deleted scene and bunas content which are worthy of watching as well. Plz support Aneesa cause she worked so hard for this series.
Namjoon is such an awsome and cool person..maybe the coolest person I've ever seen. He just gives that 'leader LEADER' vibe...I swear if I was in bts ( well this is a pretty impossible thing to even think) I would've been jk ( all fanboying for namjoon) 😂
I really hope you can continue with the rest of this series, trust me the episodes get better and better as time goes on and literally make me emotional every chapters.
hey cyrus! im really excited for you to continue learning more about the boys and seeing their journey! really enjoy your reactions :) do you think youre slowly becoming a fan? ahah😁 just a tip, please do watch until the end of the video! im referring to the "next time on rise of bangtan" part at the back which you paused at. it gives an insight on what the next episode will be about! please also do react to the deleted scenes for each episode when you finish watching their respective episodes :D its only a few minutes long and includes funny scenes of the boys and also other logs/lives that they filmed :)) also, did you notice that throughout the first episode of rise of bangtan, they didnt focus much on v? there were also only 6 members in the "bangtan log" that was showed at the end of the video. this is because v was their hidden member until debut! thanks cyrus for the reactions. you nice keep going! (this is something jimin said in one of their interviews hehe)
Sure I'm becoming a fan, sure . I'll watch all of it . Each day I'll upload one episode don't worry thanks for your lovely comment . I'm glad you enjoyed the reaction
@@Cyrusyami I wasn't a fan of your channel at first but I kept watching anyway. I understand your skepticism (I was like that too) but I've had a few years to look deeper and you are just new to this. I will subscribe now since you said you are going to continue with this series. Two things though. Others have said it and I will too - please watch until the very end of the video there is stuff that you missed. When you keep saying 'They are the best of the best'. Yes they are now but in the beginning they were chosen for their potential and their work ethic. They were the trainees that spent more time in the practice room than others. That was important because they DIDN'T want to micromanage their trainees and watch over them every second. RM and JHope wouldn't have been picked up by other agencies because they didn't fit Korean beauty standards despite their talent. I could elaborate on this but that would take way too long. So please remember as you go through BTS' journey that they were a small company with a ragtag bunch of people that put in the hours and the effort to get to where they are today. This series really helps to show a lot of their struggles, hard work and successes. Anyway, enjoying your journey and look forward to more videos.
@@cnot4948 believe me ,,me too😝😝😝 at first i was just watching videos bcz i love to trace the non kpop fan to be a BTS Army until the one day that one lady who commented him and just described the feeling of mine ..😎😎then i noticed that after that reaction his attitude changed alot after that i started liking his videos😇😇 and commenting ☺️☺️☺️
@@cnot4948 i agree with you 100%. i wanted to address what you mentioned in your 3rd paragraph too, but i didnt know how to phrase it and write it out. thank you for your comment. :)
hii really hope you will continue with this series, it gets better as it goes along. Some later parts are really masterfull editing, but of course the real story is incredible in itself. It really is an experience to watch it all. There are also bonus scenes for each episode on the channel. You should check them as well. If you react to this series, people will watch it. I must say I wasn´t really your fan at the beggining, but you are really becoming one of my fav BTS reactors, b/c you are starting to pay attention and you are starting to ´´get it´´
The rise of bangtan is amazing, and it's fun watch your reactions once you get rid of the preconceptions of western music and just enjoy it, by the way you should see the bonus content and deleted scenes, they add interesting things...
Hello 😸R.of.B is really a good series to know about the boys. Watch until the end please ☺️ there are still some scenes left until the video really end. If you can, watch the deleted scenes and bonus scenes of the series. They are supplements to series and good aswell
Great job reacting, thank you. This is such a well made series and I’m looking forward to rewatching it with you. Just as a tip, there are extra scenes during the credits that are fun to watch so you may want to watch to the end next time😁💜
@@chere100 the creator said it was the final episode she would be making. I hope BTS will go on for 10, 20, 30 more years as Jimin said at the concert.
This shows how different BTS was/still is and how differently they label treat BTS than many other kpop labels they artists. By the way... korean age is different - you are 1 year old when you born and sometimes you are allready 3 year old when here you are 1 ... so JK was 13-14 when he said he is 16... explain somebody who knows that better, please 😅💜
In the korean age system, you are considered to be 1 year old the day you are born, and then you turn 2 on the 1st of January. So if you are born on 1st of January 2000 , you are already 1 when you are born and on 1st of January 2001 you are considered to be 2 years old. If you are born on 31st of December 2000, on that day you are already 1, and you will be 2 on 1 st of January 2001 ( when that baby is actually 1 day old in the international system-what most of us know). So korean age system ads 1-2 years to your age, depending on the date you were actually born, since everyone turns one year older on the 1st of January. Long explanation, but I hope the examples helped 😅
I have been watching your last few videos and I have one request. Could you please turn the volume up on your mic so it matches the video? I don’t know if this is happening for everyone but each time you stop I have to turn it up and then go deaf having to turn it back down 😁 thank you in advance
Aneesa is the one that put this together, it's her passion project. She worked with ARMY's that helped her with translations, information, etc. but she is a video editor for a living. The Rise of Bangtan is her channel, and she is amazing at putting together the story of BTS. There will be a total of 23 chapters that she is almost done with, but a lot has happened and she's making sure that what she puts out for her finale does BTS justice. I'm glad you are watching this. I hope you watch it all the way through. It's really an amazing docu-series, and ARMY's are very proud of Aneesa, and we consider this the best representation of BTS's story. There is information in this that you won't get anywhere else.
Yes. Aneesa truly is amazing for making a series that truly encapsulates the boys’ journey so well. This series is the reason why I don’t think I’ll ever love another artist as much as BTS.
just fyi, your voice is a bit low but the video your playing sounds okay. btw, Aneesa was subtle ab the contrast b/w traditional Kpop companies vs BTS company BigHit and why BTS changed the industry, given more autonomy and artistic freedom.. nowadays Kpop is trying to follow BigHit's style. Of course BigHit is not perfect, there are some practices that Army has called out before but mostly BTS has soared higher than anyone because the CEO did not suffocate and box them.
In my opinion, ads do nothing to support creators. Most of the time RUclips puts ads on videos without the creators consent. Why do you think most of them have patreon and donation links?? I always use an ad blocker.
Rise Of Bangtan ,is best series ,thank u for reacting. 💜💜💜 even though there is soo much hard work for every K-pop idol ,but not everyone can achieve the success like BTS, no offend but i think it is bc if some idols are talented but they have not good company ,if some are not talented but they have rich company they are only depend on other to wrote their songs or they are depend on other for everything ,and their company promoting them from the strating, by the power of money. but in the case of BTS (currently not k-pop but biggest boyband in the world) these 7 were sooo talented their company was not rich but they were in good hands, they contribute in everything dancing ,or writing ,producing. they never get position by power of money but the power of talent. second thing their love for eachother ,their team work ,i saw many group they break after some years bc they can't adjust with eachother ,they can't compromise for each other but BTS i can say how much they sacrifice for each other since the begining ,they are truly different from everyone , and most imp ,their company ,and Bang Pd gave them all freedom to show their own talent ,bc freedom was the main issue for the k-pop idol they have not given freedom ,but Bighit did everything for BTS . i'm sooo proud of them, so gald that i'm BTS ARMY .no one can be like BTS ..💜💜
Their official channel is BangtanTV. You can't miss it. They have over 71Million subscribers. Views in their channel is definitely more than 5 million per music video. All their official MVs are on that channel. Another good channel to view is Enjoy BTS more. They do English subs of BTS live performance videos.
I wanted to point out something with chapter. When it discusses stuff idols have to do or companies do to idol. You see clips of BTS members either doing the opposite and/or not being so pressured into it (BTS snacking, going out, they weren’t the perfect idols look off stage, etc). The company had rules but not so strict rules. Their were more rules like one would have at home for protection, helps them group as people and artists, teach the members important lessons, etc. All the members put their own work into their music and they chose how much themselves are involved with their music. The CEO didn’t force them to do anything or mandatory anything except that they write about their inner selves and their own stories. ARMY if you have a better way to say this pls do so.
Just a small note: Korean age count in different way so jungkook saying he was 16 he means 15 /14 He joined the team as 13 yo so.... same with other members when they say they are 20 for example means 19/18/
I can't wait to see you react to the rest of the series, I know you'll like it! and have you noticed that V doesn't show up yet? He is a surprise member who was revealed some time later.
Just don't forget to add BTS' debut songs 'We are bulletproof ' and 'No more dream' videos in your List and react to them in your next video before going on to 'Rise of Bangtan chapter 2'.
Please watch the video fully...you're missing the good stuff at the end part of the video. Also, you should react to the bonus contents and deleted scenes.
If the music video has less than 100M views then it's not official, 5M is less than what BTS gets in like random behind the scenes videos, even in their Livestreams they have 20M people sometimes, a whole music video would get 5M in like 1h or less in general, not after days or months
That reporter wasn't talking for what it's like were I come from as we have strict laws to protect young people against those kind of practices. I'm annoyed as he's British and would know we in the UK have extremely strict Child protection laws. He must be talking about the USA.

*(Cr: "FY" on yt)*
I think it's important to notice the differences between BTS' worries and the other trainees worries.
*(Cr: "Shannon" on yt)*
Now plz understand this 1st episode as well as 2nd one, shows two sides, one is typical k-pop system and how the labels/industry work, whereas subtle hints of BTS and bighit being contradictory different is shown, BTS is different from other K-pop groups and BigHit is different from other idol music companies.
Yes
Jungkook was 13 when he started training for bts and he was 15 when he debuted jin was 18 when he joined and 20 when he debuted
Korean age calculator demographic is totally different in others countries .
when jk said hi started training 15 years 0ld ( his actual age is 13 years ) because
t is always one or two years more than your international age. Koreans consider a year in the womb as counting towards their age, so every one is one year old at birth. Everyone gets one year added to their Korean age on New Year's Day
for example you born in 22 October 1996 . ( u already 1 years old ) in 1jan 1997 you 2year are started
Nd regarding trainie culture is korea is totally different what u think😄 that's not a compulsory for all student. If anyone want to become a ideal (go through multi auditions) if u crack the audition after that your traine period start ( u find them not they find you)
Korean idol traine system + educational system are very hard as compare to other countries . ( because of this harsh system student suicide case( under the age 18) are very higher (28.6% world demographic) according to international reports 2021
Korean has 4th rank Countries with the Highest Suicide Rate
Jungkook was 14_15 years old then ,but in Korea they add 1_2 years to the global age ,
let me explain in Korea once u r born u r already 1 year old ,and once the new year comes (1january)u need to add another 1 year,so remember when you hear them talking about their age or smth to take 1 year or 2 from it ,
I'm enjoying ur BTS journey 💜
the point of showing bang pd saying the members were given freedom to determine how to participate in their training and that he didn't dictate how often they should practice, is in direct opposition to how trainees at other companies were handled, as outlined throughout this episode. it wasn't because they were "experts" at this point. imagine the caliber of trainees and level of competition at the big money companies. their trainees would be even more high caliber with your logic, right? the point is, big hit/bang pd had a different approach with his BTS trainees. most army believe this is a big part of the magic that created such an amazing group. i mean, think, why would the creator of this series show editorial on the dark side of kpop? the reason is to show how that WASN'T the case for the members of bts, for the most part.
Oh wow! I am replying before I even see your full reaction. This is the series that made me fall forever in love with BTS. So well made. It will take you a while to get through them all but it is so worth it.
There are deleted and bonus scenes for each episodes (more than 20 episodes), must watch them too. 👍👍👍
Ohhh I'm really excited for these reactions! 'The rise of bangtan' is a very good documentary!
Can't wait for the next ep!!! I enjoy watching your reactions so much.
this docu-series is super top-tier... i can't even imagine the amount of hard work army has put into this... saying it's netflix-worthy is an understatement...
Training system is not everybody's culture. It just for who want to be an idol. Only People who want to become idols do audition, compete, and build their own career. That's not what most teens do.
Love that you're learning about them as early as now! I'll follow your journey for sure! Thank you and 'til the next 💜
I am looking forward to your reaction to the next episodes... you know what it keeps getting more and more interesting... it's like expressing 10 years in a single series... gives a touch about the Korean industry & let's you know what bts really is ! What's the difference, the speciality, the quality...
It will be a awesome journey with you💜
Always watch until the end.
I watched it again with you 💜 never get bored with this series. loved ur reaction btw n thanks.
You should watch it to the end as it has clip at the end also
Loving this. Glad tht u started on this chapter btw should watch it til very end 😅 looking forward fr more of Bangtannies content. Thanks Cyrus for reacting to Bangtan. Stay blessed 💜
Hola Cyrus!! Yo me hice army hace sólo un año y me ayudo mucho ver the rise of bangtan!! Además te dan un contexto cultural enserio debería estar en Netflix … un abrazo fuerte y sigue disfrutando de nuestros chicos 💜✨
Rise of Bangtan is generally very good but i would keep two things in mind;
Here for this!!!
I really hope you can continue with the rest of this series, trust me the episodes get better and better as time goes on and literally make me emotional every chapters.
19:16 jungkook was 13 (3 months before 14th birthday) when he joined as a trainee and 15 when they debuted
hey cyrus! im really excited for you to continue learning more about the boys and seeing their journey! really enjoy your reactions :) do you think youre slowly becoming a fan? ahah😁
just a tip, please do watch until the end of the video! im referring to the "next time on rise of bangtan" part at the back which you paused at. it gives an insight on what the next episode will be about! please also do react to the deleted scenes for each episode when you finish watching their respective episodes :D its only a few minutes long and includes funny scenes of the boys and also other logs/lives that they filmed :))
also, did you notice that throughout the first episode of rise of bangtan, they didnt focus much on v? there were also only 6 members in the "bangtan log" that was showed at the end of the video. this is because v was their hidden member until debut!
thanks cyrus for the reactions. you nice keep going!
Sorry if there is any grammatical mistakes English is my third language feel free to correct it🤗🤗🤗
@@cnot4948 i agree with you 100%. i wanted to address what you mentioned in your 3rd paragraph too, but i didnt know how to phrase it and write it out. thank you for your comment. :)
hii really hope you will continue with this series, it gets better as it goes along.
Love your reaction, don't forget react too The Rise of Bangtan Deleted and Bonus Scane every chapter , Borahae 💜
Just as a tip, there are extra scenes during the credits that are fun to watch so you may want to watch to the end next time😁💜
The creator is working on her final episode, taking us up to the present. I hope it will be released soon.
Final... for now. Hoping for many decades with BTS. 💜
Plzzzzzzzzzz watch till the end always plzzz it's sad u don't watch till the end still great reaction we are waiting for the next ep💜💜💜💜
just fyi, your voice is a bit low but the video your playing sounds okay. btw, Aneesa was subtle ab the contrast b/w traditional Kpop companies vs BTS company BigHit and why BTS changed the industry, given more autonomy and artistic freedom.. nowadays Kpop is trying to follow BigHit's style. Of course BigHit is not perfect, there are some practices that Army has called out before but mostly BTS has soared higher than anyone because the CEO did not suffocate and box them.
Swear to god I fixed the audio. i feel i should record the voice separately:(
Pleeeeease keep watching until the end ! hahahahaha
In my opinion, ads do nothing to support creators. Most of the time RUclips puts ads on videos without the creators consent. Why do you think most of them have patreon and donation links?? I always use an ad blocker.
I'm really surprised you starting reaction Raise of BANGTAN documentary series. Thank you 💕
Gracias 💜💜💜💜👏
Rise Of Bangtan ,is best series ,thank u for reacting. 💜💜💜
even though there is soo much hard work for every K-pop idol ,but not everyone can achieve the success like BTS, no offend but i think it is bc if some idols are talented but they have not good company ,if some are not talented but they have rich company they are only depend on other to wrote their songs or they are depend on other for everything ,and their company promoting them from the strating, by the power of money.
but in the case of BTS (currently not k-pop but biggest boyband in the world) these 7 were sooo talented their company was not rich but they were in good hands, they contribute in everything dancing ,or writing ,producing. they never get position by power of money but the power of talent.
second thing their love for eachother ,their team work ,i saw many group they break after some years bc they can't adjust with eachother ,they can't compromise for each other but BTS i can say how much they sacrifice for each other since the begining ,they are truly different from everyone ,
and most imp ,their company ,and Bang Pd gave them all freedom to show their own talent ,bc freedom was the main issue for the k-pop idol they have not given freedom ,but Bighit did everything for BTS .
i'm sooo proud of them, so gald that i'm BTS ARMY .no one can be like BTS ..💜💜
Their official channel is BangtanTV. You can't miss it. They have over 71Million subscribers. Views in their channel is definitely more than 5 million per music video. All their official MVs are on that channel. Another good channel to view is Enjoy BTS more. They do English subs of BTS live performance videos.
Not all official MVs. Many official MVs are on their labels channel, Hybe. Some older MVs can be found on 1theK.
Bangtantv doesn't release their songs..
It's released on HYBE LABELS....
Bangtantv contains bts's inside things...
Thank you so much
I wanted to point out something with chapter.
Wait you are from Germany i didn't know😂 that I'm too from Germany 💜💜💜💜
Chapter 2 please 💜💜💜💜💜💜
JK nació en 1997 y se unió a BH en 2010. Tenía 13 en edad internacional y 15 en edad coreana
Just a small note: Korean age count in different way so jungkook saying he was 16 he means 15 /14
He joined the team as 13 yo so.... same with other members when they say they are 20 for example means 19/18/
Jk was mainvocalist on the age of 15 koreaan age
He became main vocalist at 15 years old and debuted with guys from group. Not "was".
I can't wait to see you react to the rest of the series, I know you'll like it! and have you noticed that V doesn't show up yet? He is a surprise member who was revealed some time later.
Finally 😄💜
Just don't forget to add BTS' debut songs 'We are bulletproof ' and 'No more dream' videos in your List and react to them in your next video before going on to 'Rise of Bangtan chapter 2'.
I am just going to say that there additional scenes in the ending credits 🙂
The ads are put in by RUclips, and are different from country to country, I've watched this series and had no aps..
I mean they do have some official mv's with less than 100 million views though.
Aneesa has 1 more episode with content planned and a finale, but is on break.
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You should have watched 'til the end of the video. The preview part is not a spoiler for the next chapter.
💜
💜💜💜💜
That reporter wasn't talking for what it's like were I come from as we have strict laws to protect young people against those kind of practices. I'm annoyed as he's British and would know we in the UK have extremely strict Child protection laws. He must be talking about the USA.
The are all saying in this documentary their Korean age which is 1 year older than wester age
It's 1 or 2 years older depending if their birthday has passed or not.
Korean age is confusing because birthday is already one year old.
please watch deleted scens
I hope you adjust the sound of your mic. I can barely hear you. The sound of the video is loud, but you not so much.
