Considering Fontaine (If it wasn't obvious from Monsieur) is French themed, hence why Fontaine is French for Fountain I'm surprised there wasn't more emphasis on Monstadt and its obvious German theme. Considering Monstadt is German for Moon City. And to be quite frank, some of the houses there do look a bit Bavarian themed.
It's because fairy tales have their root in Germany, so Monstadt is basically just your “average fantasy town”. I think they wanted a more or less generic setting to introduce players to the world.

Like Villeneuve, you need to pronounce the L. So that would be my first instinct. If neuvillette is an actual name( never heard it before) and it's not the same, I would need to be corrected
