    Do you have any tips or knowledge on what it's like to hunt for apartments as a foreigner when you have pets? I'm trying to relocate to Seoul with my two cats, so I was wondering what that would be like? Would the deposit be higher generally? Would it be better to go through a realtor rather than apps due to my trying to find pet-friendly places? Do you think there would be more apartments available outside of Seoul that are pet friendly, or does Seoul have a decent amount of places that are ok with cats? (sorry for the long comment!! just super curious. Your video helped a lot so thank you!)

    Hii thanks a lot for this video! I am (again)moving to Korea next month. I was wondering whether you texted/called the 부동산 in Korean and if so, how good is your Korean and how did it go..? I personally think my Korean is quite good but I am still scared about miscommunication or similar issues. Also it should be possible to find a nice place to stay in within two weeks, right? ^^

      I prefer to text them. My Korean deff needs work but I can get by. As long as you can express when you can move in and other info they’ll wanna know you’re good

      @@annienova thanks so much for the reply! Also some officetels do not allow 전입신고, however it apparently does not matter for foreigners. Do you perhaps have experience regarding this as well?♥️ many thanks in advance

    If you are traveling to Korea but not there yet, is it still possible to use 직방 since we won’t have a Korean number yet? Also if you are using a phone that only has ESIM what do we do when we get there for phone service? All USA and Canada phones are completely ESIM now. 😭

    Very useful video! Thank youu. Is it normal all the pictures of houses in zigbang look without furniture? Im worried about it not having any furniture

    • @annienova
      @annienova  8 месяцев назад +1

      Most places are unfurnished so if the place is empty you’ll have to get your own furniture

    So just for fun I downloaded Zigbang and checked out the Officetels for Monthly and Jeonse options. The monthly rent for one is 5,000/130. Can you explain what this means? Thanks for the video.

    • @annienova
      @annienova  10 месяцев назад +3

      5,000/130 means that the deposit is 50 million won and the monthly rent is 1.3 million. The numbers are kinda confusing 😭

    Hi, it’s okay if you don’t want to answer, but what visa are you on and how do you get a visa without a bachelor’s degree (I’m 16)
