You can say that again sister! I live in the UK and we buy already built houses over here. For the price of a two bedroom house over here you can probably buy land and build a 3 bedroom house on it over there. And did you know that in certain situations here in the UK you can buy a house but the land it’s built on is owned by someone else called the landlord? Each year you pay rent for the land to the landlord. Oh, and the lease expires after about 99 years and you have to pay a fortune to renew it. It’s just bonkers!
@@ernestmfakudze Wow!!!.....that is bd bro....no heritage for your child's because they have to be aware to pay what you already paid long time ago if they fail then we call them homeless...my God....this world 🌎 is a good business of other people.....we are just following them and helping them live luxury life.
Thank you Dee for this video. I wouldn't say it is occupied by rich people only. It was all a thicket once upon a time but as more and more people and bought land and built on it, it is what it is today. You can get a reasonable piece of land for just under one million Emalangeni and then build on it. The place is very quiet and relaxing.
Beautiful Eswatini. Thanks for showing us! At 1:32 sisi please please always wear your seatbelt because it is there to save your life! We love you and we don’t want you to go through the windscreen in case of an accident. You might think you don’t need to wear it because you trust your driver and you are also going at slow speeds, but if a drunk driver hits your kombi from behind at high speed things can quickly change.
Darling, are you talking about dissabled people? In your country are people the same status? Please, Some people are born rich. Some work hard and get ahead with life. Some drop from school. How do we then expect them to be the same? This is my country. I know it better. I dont have these houses but its not the fault of those who have them. I could have worked hard and made it.
@kwandacommhlanga7340 I'm talking about the HIV positive people in the rural areas. For example, I have family kwaMahamba and they don't have access to a clinic or a school. So I'm saying it would be great if that could also get coverage, the real life issues. The situation is the same everywhere. 💯

If I can just guess the price if you had to buy in Ezulwini an already built home it would be between E750, 000 - E2,000,000. Enjoy to the fullest, you are making me miss home. Yeah but sometimes the walls are needed because of security purposes and you know the way most African parents like privacy.
Buying a house in eSwatini is usually not less than a mil, depending on the size, but I think on average would be 300k - 5mil
