Your channel has inspired me to get back into camping and get into overland. I just got a 2020 Jeep Gladiator and am in the process of getting my camping gear together. Thank you for what you do and maybe one day I'll be able to meet you on the trails.
We quit tent camping some 15 years ago after major wind storms in South Utah. We kicked the mountain bikes out of our van, put a bed and mattress in it, and moved in. We'll never go back to tents. The desert and Rockies weather result in too many sleepless nights. Sleeping in your Jeep will probably become more routine as you hang out here in the desert more. Our Transit can do trails rated 4/10 easily and sometimes 5/10. I know where that creek is by Toquerville but our Transit couldn't do that. However, the Transit in Mud/Ruts mode sends power to the wheels with traction, not splitting it in two as lockers do. I can feel the power shifting between wheels as I climb gnar. This Ford technology seems to be a significant improvement over lockers and probably would have helped you in that creek. We've done frozen creek crossings with no problem, but the rocks weren't that big. Great campsite!
HI MATT 👋 THIS WAS GORGEOUS SCENERY COLORS LANDSCAPES VIEWS WILDLIFE DRONE FOOTAGE BREATHTAKING CAMPSITES. NOW YOU CAN SAY YOU DROVE ON WATER 💧 L.O.L. BE SAFE ☺️ 🙏HAVE FUN ☺️ 🙏 ENJOYED ❤☺️ 🙏GOD BLESS YOU BOTH ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES ☺️ 🙏THANK YOU ❤ ☺️ 🙏
Matt, you're no longer an overlander, you have become a film maker that goes over landing, great video as always, the drone footage gets better and better, and the music has been perfect, and on my 4K big screen, the footage from out front over the hood looked more crisp and clear than I have ever noticed in previous videos.
Beautiful rock formations and out pops a gourmet hot dog stand! Nice camp site and wearable sleeping bag. Thank you.

You look absolutely cute in a pink Jeep that says Grits and Grace in your onesy!

Dang right I do!!! LOL
Looks like a blast. I love all the water crossings. Great video.
Had fun running Rattlesnake Gulch with you Matt. Was for sure a unique experience doing it backwards and with the river frozen!
That was a pretty darn epic campsite! Great video!
Yes! One of my favorite areas in Utah! Such a cool trail
The editing and video looks great too 😊
It is truly stunning countryside.
GREAT video!!! ❤
Around 11:38 Matt is thinking: "Boy am I going to be in trouble if I wreck Cara's Jeep."

Great Video… Thanks
Matt. Awesome area.
You should have messed with Cara more by sending pictures of her jeep stuck like that. 🤣 with a “the axle tube broke” text. 😂
Wait till you see weeks video. I got really stuck!!!! 😂
41:37 You guys look fantastic!
enjoyed the back to basics video. sometimes have to remember how the jk did it all those years back.

WOW Thanks so much!! That is a relatively new camera I'm using for the front shots.
Good assessment.
I noticed that as well.
If Matt gets stuck, he can call the other Matt for help
Pretty sure I heard a mudflap crunch..... lol, yup I did. Are we not supposed to mention that? 😂😂
Oh. WE know. 😂🙄
@frenchie4wd I have no doubts. 😂😂 little glue, couple of clips, good as new. 😉
Go to northern maine in the summah
Hi Matt,
Awesome trip! What is the brand of pants (purple) you’re wearing?
Thanks
Revolution Race from Amazon.
@ thank you roll on!!
That's whats happening when you rely on electronics. Without them, shows the lack of skill driving in various situations.😂
Curious where the lack of skill was. 🤦🏼♂️
Where can I see the route you took? If I have to join patreon it’ll be worth it!
Her Matt, just wondering what’s holding your switch panel on your headliner?
Screws. lol.
should have gone a little further up and ate at Archie's in Orderville.
When did you do this run?
Since I just heard you say you love guns , do you carry on your trips as I carry every day
I do. I actually checked my gun on the plane for the first time for this trip. Much easier than I expected.
Not a good idea to wear nylon clothing around a fire. Great fire starter if you know what I mean. Cotton or wool are the best.
I think I know what I’m doing. lol.
