(Your notebook video from last year was a huge inspiration for me to start. Thank you so much for sharing! If anyone wants other YT videos for BuJo, Jashii Corrin has some great videos. (Yes, she does get very artistic but she also has other good info.)

Have you tried a See-Food diet? Would recommend. It is about living in the moment and responding to what your body needs on a given day. No micronutrition tracking. If you have left overs or looking for seasonal foods at the market: trust your heart+eyes+stomach in your hunt (this works when you are at a new restaurant and needing to choose something unfamiliar).
