That it may be resolved in a couple of months begs the question of why is it so easy and quick for them to underpay you and takes so long for them to pay you the difference? I guess they figure that your only option is to grit your teeth and plug away at getting the experience and hours that you need. Ha! I’ll have stubby teeth by the time it’s all said and done. They have a shady pay structure which is shielded by an arbitration agreement basically exculpating them from any wrongdoing. It explains the astonishing turnover rate that I’ve ever seen in a company. My gaze on the horizon is steadfast and my patience is bolstered by familial/friends support. A clean truck and a pipe is all I need now. 🤣 Thank you for the encouragement good sir. 👍
