I adore the thumbnail artwork! It portrays both Ledger's Joker and Nicholson's Joker both so well in just the motion of a handshake. Nick's Joker is funny, more jokey and the use of an electric handbuzzer, while Ledger is very dark and messy. The artworks is great! Good job to the artist who did it!
I don't understand his awarding of the 'Best Supporting Cast'. He ignored Harvey Dent as Dent was barely in Batman, but awarded the point to Batman because of Bob, a character who wasn't in Dark Knight.
+SourceOfBeing I think he gave the poit for best "hentchman" who's every movie, however to make a hentchman a good interesting character with prety much nothing is amazing, it requires a lot of skill and even more luck to do so
+SourceOfBeing I agree I think The Dark Knight absolutely destroys the original Batman in this category. The girlfriend in the original was just another typical helpless female lead who needs to be saved all the time. I think the Michael Caine Alfred is much better too. Doug complained about him always having a speech to say, but Alfred is supposed to act as Batmans mentor and sidekick he can rely on so it fits perfectly. Harvey Dent = perfect. Gordon in the Dark Knight is also better. Oh and let's not forget MORGAN FREEMAN in the Dark Knight!!!!!!!!!!! The Dark Knight totally should of won.
+SourceOfBeing agreed. it felt more like he gave that category to the Keaton film because he needed it to have the most points, and not genuinely out of which supporting cast he actually found more interesting
+SourceOfBeing The reason bob was the deciding factor for me is because he opens an insight into what it is to be a henchman, a lacky, or a goon. He gave a look into what a henchman does that supports the bigger picture. Tbh joker is almost unable to much of anything without his henchman, and Bob shows how important they are to a super-villain's plot and overall scheme.
+Calcimo the Wizard True, but in a sense, we see that in Dark Knight too. Or rather, how the Joker wins or manipulates others to his cause. So while we see a "clear cut henchmen" in Batman, we see the "groundwork" and what it entails, more in Dark Knight, IMO. In addition, there were simply more interesting characters in Dark Knight, but without making it feel forced or strained(well, they do talk alot, so if that is not your thing).
Batman TAS is still the pinnacle batman experience, almost got him, jokers favour , feat of clay , two face etc everything about it is perfect and not to mention mask of the phantasm being an absolute masterpiece. I love all batman media to death but TAS will always be no.1 especially because it contains the best voice actor pairing of all time. (Conroy and hamill)
The Joker is a funny, creepy, disturbed psychopath whom we know next to nothing about. We think we know, but they keep picking between the 3 Jokers to throw at us. The 1960's Joker was the comedy/thief Joker. Jack Nicholson gave us the funny and creepy Joker. Heath Ledger gave us the Disturbed and Terrifying Joker. The thing that made this one unique is Ledger's "want to know how I got these scars?" Nobody knows, neither did he. That's why his story kept changing. However, the best Joker so far.. and also the best Batman. Would be Mark Hamil and that funny, twisted and screwed up Joker and his fricking bone chilling laugh. The best Batman would be Kevin Conroy.
@@Rebecca-pt2rx I named 3 archetypes (Gold, Silver & Bronze age) Timelines are not "archetypes." I'll type it again: - Happy fun time thief & doesn't kill. - Sadistic killer clown. - Sadistic killer thief who loves mixing in pranks. Every joker, without exception, has one of these 3 as their archetype. All that changes is their story setting.
You’re damn right about mark hamil and Kevin conroy. May he rest in peace he was a legend. And unfortunately hamil has retired the joker character as a result but who can blame him right?
Oliver Queen So...Ledger is bad because of the superficial stuff that was removed? Do you also think that Andrew Garfield was a good Spider-Man because he had web shooters?
I was already a teen when Batman 89 was shown in the Cinemas This is just my opinion: Keaton is the better Batman Bale is the better Bruce Wayne Ledger is the better Joker Dark Knight has way better supporting cast Dark Knight has the better story, complex and deep but still entertaining (A mad man wants to burn Gotham to the ground and Batman do not know how to handle Joker's unpredictability) Batman 89 has a good story, simple and paced but effective (A mad man wants to destroy Gotham and Batman just have to fight him, he know where and when Joker will make his move) Dark Knight wins a mile
I love both & agree that dark knight is defo the better film but I find myself watching Batman 89 way more often which may be because, like you, I watched it as a teen in 89 & it holds a very special place in my nostalgia heart or maybe it’s just easier on the brain. Both are still fantastic tho💪
mike rigby I prefer 89 and the animated series more. Bales voice as batman ruined it for me. I also like jack and mark more than ledger. Ledger just felt way too inaccurate. Every other version before him was funny and dressed the part well. They even had the correct origins with the ace chemicals and the famluse weapons like the posion flower, buzzer, fake gun ect. Ledger only had the crazy side. The 89 one and mark have all joker traits. Ledger only had 1. Thats like saying a superman is better for not having all his powers and instead having spiderman powers is better than one that has all traits of superman. I just dont get how people can praise ledger over mark or jack that are joker when ledger just felt way too off and different making him feel more hannibal lector than the joker. He didnt have the ace chemicals origins, none of the famous gadgets or weapons. He wasnt funny and comical. He also had a bad sense of fashion. His outfit looked bad and his makeup looked so bad like someone needed to yell cut to finish the job. It looked like it was given a half fast job like the face pain wasnt fully finished and some parts are even smeared like it is coming off. The clothes and his hair looked bad too like he was dirty or homeless. Its sad that people find bale batman funny and joker not when it should be the other way around. So many youtube channels make fun of batman. I also didnt like what they did with harvey. I really liked harvey in there the best at first but was very disappointed with how they turned him into 2face. Not only waa it wrong because the joker didnt make him, but in that situation 2face would of killed whoever did it with no trial coin flip. Joker should of been killed right there. The car scene later was sort of interesting but they also on top of it kill him off immediately making 2 face seem very pointless to be in there if your going to kill him off a min later. Batman 89 and the animated series i grew up with and when i saw the dark knight i was very disappointed in so many ways with it. Even the batmobile and the city looked wrong
Oliver Queen yeah there’s a lot of truth in what you say. I loved jack Nicholson as the joker, he was funny & psychotic & Hamill’s animated version is the one that comes the closest to how I imagine the clown prince of crime to be in terms of a ‘full character’. I think it was ledger’s actual performance in general, regardless of who he was portraying, that captivated the audience. He took the role to a much darker depth and genuinely brought the concept of a macabre, jester type gangster into our world without making it seem even slightly ridiculous. That’s the thing with the Nolan films, they were meant to be set in this world as opposed to the burton films which were meant to be set in a film noir/comic book world. That’s why Gotham maybe seems a little bland in Nolan’s & it seems much richer in Burton’s. As for batman, yeah totally agree, I love Keaton’s reserved approach, I always liked the idea that batman is a sort of nocturnal spectre who’s feared by the criminal underworld, almost folklore-ish. I liked two-face in the cartoon & wished they’d kept his character going through the Nolan films as he had so much potential. His build up was done brilliantly but then they just allowed him to die without ever really exploring his arc. I watch the Burton batman way more but there’s no denying that the dark knight is an extremely well made film.
mike rigby I guess it can be if i dont think of it as a batman film and instead james bond or something else. With a random hero and random terrorist. But its really hard to watch it and not get disapointed with it not feeling at all like the animated series. Its hard also to watch it when batmans voice really ruins it and comes off like a joke for people to make fun of and laugh at. Dont you find it werid for batman in dark knight to be more funny than the joker. College humor makes fun of batman in tons of videos they even make fun of bane. But dont recall them making fun of joker at all or not nearly as much as batman. I find mark and jack just as much crazy dark menacing as ledger but they bring much more to the table with the joker. Where ledgers is missing way too much of the joker to make me feel like this is not the joker. Most of the time when people grow up with the source material of something like a book, comic, animated series, previous films shows ect and they make a new one and its just a little off, most people get mad about it being wrong and bad for not being based off the book. If harry potter lord of the rings were just a little off people would point it out. If they were way off from the source like nolans films were you would think that would piss them off even more. But people for some reason like to make an exception about dark knight. But when people say its better than batman 89 or mask of the Phantasm that is going way too far i feel. The animated series and its films will always be the best. Nothing fits it better. Gotham and dceu come the closest followed by tim burtons even though its been off a little at times but not as much as joels or the 60s. Nolans definitely gets the win for being most off from the source material. Sometimes i wonder if its true the rumors i hear that the reason some people like it more is because they never grew up with the animated series or the previous films and also the death of ledger made people priase it more. You would think if people saw jack and marks first you would be like this is not joker. It would be like putting mr freeze in there with a flamethrower. Or a band getting a new singer with a different voice and changing the stlye of music making the band sound so much different than the band you liked before. As far as nolans it was a little easier for me to like dark knight rises over this one since bane was done much better compared to batman and robin and came off bad ass with the fight scenes of breaking batmans back. Bane felt like a way better villian. One of the few characters that can actually beat the crap out of batman 1 on 1 in a fist fight. Most of his villians suck at fighting in a 1 on 1 hand to hand stlye fighting compared to batman. That gives bane so much more points in dark knight rises. But that movie had problems with talia for me and the way they killed off bane. Batman beings it was easier to try to like and give it a chance as well for using a new villian at the time. Ras the league and scarecrow. But with the dark knight we already had jack do it so well in 89 that it seemed like it would have been better to instead fix the penguin that was done wrong in returns first which is a more realistic batman villian than the joker. If nolan wanted realism the penguin is the way to go. He is realistic in the comics and animated series. So he could be done right at the same time in nolan films. Even the riddler is more realistic batman villian and could of been like he was in arkham city making batman use his detective skills for once in a batman movie live action. That is what really makes mask the best. The animated ones are the only ones that really show how great of a detective he is. Kevin conroy and keaton are still the best batmans.
If I had a penny for every time someone complained about Bale's voice, I would be rich af. So here's how I see it: It's obvious from the beginning that what Nolan is trying to go for is a REALISTIC version of Batman. In the comics, Bruce Wayne takes voice lessons to mask his own from people who may recognize him when he wears the cowl. Keaton's Batman isn't even trying to hide his natural voice, whereas if you were to have a conversation with Bale's Batman and Bruce Wayne, you're less likely to recognize the natural one. His Batthroat makes sense since its extremely difficult to change your voice and changing it to something nearly everyone can mimic raises the suspect list
MegaTech81 yeah I was ok with it because I see some movies and think how do they not know it's him like the spider man trilogy he acts NO DIFFERENT from Peter
Why didn't Bale's Bruce Wayne, aka Bale himself, take voice lessons? I imagine it's not TOO difficult, for a professional actor, to learn one different voice that doesn't sound like a 5yo mimicking his father.
I don’t think people will be thinking about a guy’s voice when he’s holding you over the edge of a 20 story high building. Plus, in the 89 film Bruce isn’t as public as Bale’s(for fucks sake Vickie vale didn’t even notice him when at his house party), so it’s not like a lot of people know what he sounds like
Fun fact: Ledger's mouth prosthetic kept coming off, so instead of cutting to have it fixed, he just used his tongue to restick it to his face and worked that into his character.
As much as people complain about the voice, aren't there just as many complaints about superhero's not disguising their voices? Especially when people they know come across them?
One of the points of the new suit is that Bruce could turn his head. Lucius Fox asks him, "You want to be able to turn your head?", & Bruce jokingly replies, "It'd sure make backing out of the driveway easier."
Bob? He's why the 89 Batman has a better supporting cast? Isn't Commissioner Gordon supposed to be important? Well, not in the 89 film. He's barely an after thought. Oh, and you didn't mention Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. Who played him in the 89 film? No one? And seriously, who would you rather see raising the future Batman, Michael Cain or... whoever that old guy in the 89 film was. But hey, at least you got Bob.
Why did he include Joe from the original but not include Lucius Fox from the new? Morgan Freeman was amazing! Also the reason The Dark Knight's Alfred's dialog had so many speeches in it was because he was basically Bruce's adoptive father. He talks the way he does because he feels he is responsible for teaching Bruce right from wrong. And finally I'm sorry but The Dark Knights story was amazing. The final scene with Batman and Gordon still give me chills to this day. For me on whats better, while the old Batman was more playful, the new one just takes the cake with its ability to be dark and gritty, funny, and thought provoking all at the same time.
Mesa a thinking that youra a nota helping, betcha betcha. Nah, I needed some reason to comment on the fact that your icon is Jar Jar Binks. But anyways, you're right, this comment section is horrible polarized.
I Can't Believe It's Not Toast agreed, B:TAS fans brining in B:TAS in a conversation it's not supposed to be in, Nolan fans saying it was the best in all categories and no one who can just say, "I respect your opinion, but I disagree".
You, obviously, don't know the beauty of Bob. If a character that almost never speaks can leave an impact on someone. That's better than someone who talks throughout the film.
+Duke Gundam This. I love '89 Batman and agree w/ the Critic that it's a better movie than TDK. But both pale when compared to the work Conroy & Hamill have done, both in the animated show / movies and in the Arkham game trilogy (I'm not counting Arkham Origins...).
Ok you just handed over the victory. You yourself said that you liked the supportive cast of the dark knight more , yet you gave the point to the batman because of a random henchman? Seriously?
I, as a person who grew up with the original Batman and has a massive nostalgia for the movie, can admit that The Dark Knight is a by far superior film. Christian Bale is a better Batman because Keaton just looks awkward in a suit. Yeah, Bale's voice is ridiculous, but at least he owned it, Keaton can't get over the fact that he's in a gigantic bat suit. Ledger's performance is probably the best in any comic book movie ever, so no doubt that he wins. The supporting cast is good in both, so whatever. Action is clearly superior in The Dark Knight. The plot seemed way more intense in The Dark Knight, not to say that Batman was boring. I can see all that through my nostalgia goggles, so come on.
+BricklordLP eh~ the last one in the trilogy was kind of bland. i didn't like the plot, the ending was kind of dumb and my biggest problem was Bane. yes, i know his alot smarter in this than in the last movie he was in, but jeezus! that look was more ridiculous than the look in the comics and show. he wore a dog muzzle, a pimp coat and some kind of army vest. what was he, a mix of items from the missing pile at Party City? and his plan made no sense. blowing shit up and ruling Gotham....for some reason. and don't get me started on the scene that literally broke this movie for me: the back breaking scene. it was lazily built up, the fighting in the scene (as well as the whole movie) was weak and it didn't look like he broke his back. it was a lack luster ending to an ok film series.
+BricklordLP The third movie was way too terrible for me to keep liking that series. It was terrible as a movie and as a batman movie and it just sours the entire experience.
+BricklordLP Sorry, but no. I'd rather rewatch Batman And Robin, at least there were a few scenes that were sort of fun. I couldn't understand a word any of the characters said, not just Bane. Nothing actually happened until the end, Bruce Wayne was hardly in it, Batman was in it for overall about 10 minutes, the plot made no fucking sense, and it was just a tremendous bore. The only part I liked was the ending... until Nolan took a giant shit on us and laughed at us for feeling emotional and thinking the movie had finally done something good.
I actually had a college class where we analyzed Dark Knight and how the most famous lines used in the movie and scenes in the plot can be seen in comparison to real life so for me despite the ridiculous voice used for Batman that no one seemed to question or try to change to me it’s a guilty nostalgic pleasure.
+blockhead134 When I first saw the Joker I thought they were doing another The Crow movie. Then, I saw the movie and was like, "okay, he can look however he wants" I hope the same can be said when Suicide Squad comes out. So far that Joker just looks like the love child of The Joker and the dude from Die Antwoord got a jacket Paul Hogan threw out halfway into filming Crocodile Dundee 4: Brokedown in Oaktown.
SoopDwagg Theory? Joker & Red Hood being the same dude is a canon thing in a lot of series. There's an alternate reality where Batman is the super criminal Owlman and Joker is the hero Red Hood fighting these villains, even got his face disfigured like Joker's during one of the fights. Then there' the Under the Red Hood movie, where someone takes up the title of Red Hood, which that story's Joker says it used to be his thing and that his outfit was classier. There are probably more examples but that's what I can think of off the top of my head.
InfernosReaper holy shit it's canon!? i should tell the guys at DC, see they were the people who came up with the theory years ago (is the sarcasm finally coming through)
The Dark Knight had a good joker and good scenes but when you watch a comic movie you're there to watch a classic comic movie and that's why I love the original Batman
There's a difference between the most accurate performance to the comics and the best performance. Ledger's performance stands out among not just comic book film, but all of film history. He allowed himself to get literally lost in the character, researching everything about the joker and pulling it together into a frightening persona set loose on a realistic setting that is NOT the comics. The Dark Knight movies aren't even comic book movies. They're a story based on characters and settings from a comic book if they were set in real life. Ledger's joker is one I could believe really exists. Ledger's joker is one that has incited fear in the sane and inspiration in the insane. I love Hamill's joker, and associate him most with the comic book character, but Ledger was something else entirely. What else can be said about a performance that has inspired troubled individuals to don makeup, buy a gun and start actually murdering people in the name of anarchy? That is power and influence. That is the Joker
I didnt care for ledger. His version disapointed me because it was inaccurate to the comics and animated series. Mark and jack show and tell us not only the origin story, but they have everything about the joker that makes the joker. Ledger only has the crazy side. He wasnt anywhere near as funny or comical as mark or jack. Ledger didnt dress the part correctly and had none of jokers famous gadets and weapons. You might as well put mr freeze in there with no freeze gun and suit. Or put penguin in there with no umbrella. I feel the dark knight is overrated. The penguin was done wrong in batman returns as well. Its hard to say which is more inaccurate between danys penguin or ledgers joker. Nolans movies i didnt care for. The only thing about his movies i found interesting was his bane and maybe scarecrow. Keaton or conroy are better batmans. Batman the mask of the phantom is probably the best batman movie. I feel the animated series is best batman interpretation. Followed by gotham then 1989 batman. Gotham seems to be currently the most interesting batman story since the animated series since we get to see something new and different to the story for once. The origins of the penguin from deniro to the godfather brando. Plus seeing a more accurate version of him compared to batman returns where he is a gray villian. Beside the penguin, gordon, and bruce wayne story being the 3 main ones there are so many other stories shown and explore on gotham. Lots of characters only seen in animated series untill now on gotham.
Anthony Marchisello ledgers joker is just as accurate as a mr freeze with a flamethrower instead of a freeze gun. Mark is the most accurate to the comics. The animated series is the true interpretation of batman and its movies the mask of Phantasm and the mr freeze subzero one. As far as live action jokers jack is done way better. It shows us his orgins which already alone makes it 1 step ahead of the dark knight. Also hes funny has his gadgets and everything else mark has expect for harley. In nolan wanted to do realistic batman. He choose the wrong villians. The penguin and the riddler are the 2 most realistic batman villians in the batman comics beside the different mafia gangs. The joker is very unrealistic. Even in the dark knight which had plot holes for a suppisedly realistic film. Batman is not suppose to be realistic but if it was trying for that the penguin would be the best one to do. The penguin and the riddler are just better characters more interesting especially on the show gotham
The penguin would have been a much better villian for a nolan film compared to the ones they choose in his 3 films. The only villians he got right were bane and scarecrow. The rest are so inaccurate way off from the source material
I especially like when he saw the opportunity taking on the role to help people tied up that also happened to be blindfold so even though he wasn't in the costume he took on the persona
So there were all of those superior supportive characters from the Dark Knight films, but you still gave it to Batman because of fucking Bob. FUCKING BOB.
Bat Man: Hey Alfred, can you help me with something. Alfred:A lone time ago... Bat Man: SHUT UP ALFRED JUST HELP ME! That was The Dark Knight in a nutshell.
personally i love the character designs from the Dark Knight, i also love it because of it's story, as there are major and yet subtle nuances every time you watch the movie, i think that it was supposed to be a character study, and it worked, it absolutely gave a powerful story that is so intricate in detail. i like nichlson, because he was born to play a joker, not the best but a good cartoony joker.
I know Bale’s voice was a little wacky but I liked it because while it was weird the animated version also changed his voice sometimes so it reminded me of that
i love your choices, when the dark knight came out i remember my dad and i left and i told him that when i read the comics and watched the wb show this was how i had seen him, legitimately that perfect blend of creepy, uncomfortable funny, and unbreaking interest
+JimboisGaming A lot of people re upload some of Doug's older videos due to the fact that his older videos are hard as hell to find at times. That being said however this is Doug's main channel and from now on is where he is planning to upload older videos.

League of Super Critics was the Nostalgia Critics old channel, but as it was partnered with Blip it was shut down when Blip closed. Now Nostalgia Critic is reuploading on this channel. The other channels are just people reuploading for views.
This is Channel Awesome's official channel. This video was not on the League channel and if it was it was abridged. Maker still runs the League channel but Channel Awesome runs this one. Any other channel stole the video
Fun fact: the old Batman version the throne (sry for the typping) that the joker satt on was a replica of the Swedish throne you can see the 3 crowns on it.
The only thing Batman has over The Dark Knight is Keaton. The overall cast, action and story is far superior in The Dark Knight. And I agree with the critic that Dark Knight is a bit of a character study, which why I find the story to be better; it's built on character and character dilemmas while being entertaining rather than just being entertaining.
+karnak333 I completely disagree, the musical score of the 89 movie is far better than that of the Dark Knight, which, besides Keaton, is the main reason I prefer the 89 movie. Then again I always was more a music kind of person than a movie kind of person (I did like the less overly dramatic tone of the 89 movie better as well though).
I made a comment 5 months ago that I feel I should take back. Ledger was goddamn fantastic in his role. Nicholson was fantastic as well, but Ledger pulled ahead. I just felt that Nicholson's Joker was more accurate to the Joker from the comics and was overall funnier than Ledger's take. However, Ledger practically invented a new Joker with so much effort and skill that he deserved the posthumous Oscar.
Personally, I've never true liked the corny versions of Batman. I've always like the serious darker versions. While I enjoy the 1989 version, the Dark Knight trilogy will always be better to me... Although I do have more issues with it then I do with the 1989 film.
A Brick Interest Depends on what you want out of your Joker. Ledger's Joker was more realistic and much darker, Nicholson's Joker was cartoony and mad (in both senses of the word). Both are fantastic Jokers in their own right.
Cute Gamer b(^_^)d The original I don't necessarily consider full comedy, as it's purpose was horror. I hated the second one because it was trying to be both (and failed in doing so). I still love Army Of Darkness though, but that's because it was a big part of my early childhood Anyway, this comment was pointless.
Batman: Michael Keaton is miles under Christian Bale. Here's why: 1) Who is Bruce Wayne? An orphan billionare who fights crime as Batman. With both you can see that they both go through a lot of pain, Keaton does it better but he sucks at acting like a Billionare. Bale has this smug attitude in public, but he's serious and somewhat moody when alone and with Alfred. This is how any billionare would act! Keaton just doesn't do it even if he's shows what he's going through better. 2) Batman: The costume for the 1989 Batman movie just looks silly AF, it looks to childish. It would be hard to take someone seriously if you saw them wearing that. The first impression of almost anyone on this planet when seeing that costume would be that it's someone TRYING to look like Batman. The muscles and abs also look very fake since you KNOW Michael Keaton doesn't have that body. With the costume in The Dark Knight, it's the exact opposite! You see this guy and you'd would be like "oh shit". His costume does look Bulkier but it makes more senseand feels more real. The voice is an issue I have mixed feelings about. Bale's voice was meant to be taken seriously and sometimes it works, but for the most part, I just think of the millions of jokes that have been made about. Keaton's voicing as Batman is ok but anyone who knows Bruce Wayne would immediately figure out who the Batman is! The Dark Knight hides his voice and it can be taken seriously (at times) I would talk about the Gadgets and stuff but i'm tired of weiting this comment
1) Did you completely miss the scene where Bruce Wayne is having a big party at his house in Batman? He walks around putting glasses in places where they would obviously fall, knowing Alfred will take the glass, and then as Knox and Vicki walks into the statue room he comes in acting like a complete douche, completely disrupting their conversation and bragging about his statues and literally *steals Knox's girl right in front of him*. How is that not acting like a smug billionaire? But he is still gentle and likeable when he's with Vicki and Alfred, showing that his smug attitude is just to fit the fact that he's a billionaire. 2) Keaton's costume looks threatning and scary, especially when he does his signature spreading his wings-move. And of course he's gonna look silly at times - he's a grown man dressing up as a bat, what did you expect? Bale's Batman is just kind of a guy with an armored costume and a headpiece that happens to resemble a bat. He looks like he comes straight from the armory at a military base, which isn't what Batman is at all - he's just a rich guy dressing up as a bat to fight crime! Bale's Batman looks like he's ready to go straight into war. Keaton on the other hand looks a bit more casual and like he's just jumping the rooftops of a crime city. Then again, Bale's armored suit fits into the city of Gotham depicted in The Dark Knight, because it's a more realistic and depiction of a dangerous city. Keaton's suit is better fit for the city depicted in Batman as it's closer to the comic book version of Gotham being like a gigantic suburban city. Both suits work in their own movies, but would both look ridiculous if swapped out.
Jonathan Dahlberg You bring up some good points, and while I respect your opinion, Dark Knight is still better in my opinion. I think Critic should do an entire video just for Dark Knight,. Maybe a top 11 Joker lines, or scenes or something...
His gravel voice is garbage... You don't need to have that voice to sound different and intimidating, using some effort you can make a voice that doesn't sound like you without have to kill your vocal cords to do it.
Despite this argument already being over, you saying that the third act of The Dark Knight being to fast it can meant to symbolize the actual pace of the comics where things are constantly happening and dangers and actions wait for no one
I miss these episodes. How about these ideas. A nightmare on elm street v remake Texas chainsaw massacre v remake The Hulk v the incredible hulk. Superman v man of steel Child's play v remake
@NICHOLAS MAH you would be surprised on what you find sometimes done better in remakes. Cinemassacre did a thing V thing. The carpenter one V the back and white original.
1.the original beat them all i mean robert englund as freddy is perfectly creepy & and had personality Heather langenkamp is gorgeus and has a charm as nancy 2.for the griity& creepy classic visuals i choose the original but the characters i choose 2003 remake 3.the incredible hulk for win but eric bana as banner is perfectly cast 4.tought choice but still christopher reeves is the still the perfect descriptions of the superman 5.same with ANOES
While I see your points, I also have to throw in my 2 cents that the original Batman, with the integration of the Joker turning out to be the one who killed the Waynes, weakened it somewhat in my opinion as it made Batman's motivation seem more like revenge then trying to do something good for his city. Pushes it back towards a tie IMO...
All this that he said and the fact that BATMAN inspired future design and concepts like BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES can only help in realizing Doug's choice was the right choice.Nolans Bat tale was inspired by concepts from the past and not the other way around it did not inspire things.Great film though.
The supporting cast comparison i have to disagree with. Maybe old girlfriend won, but othervise dark knight takes it all. New Alfred is amazing supporting force for batman, i love gordon and you sad it for the harvey. How the hell bob just tips everything to the old side?
old Alfred wins that battle but I hate how he overlooks Harvey Dent. imo, even when competing against people like bale and ledger. I still think Eckhart is as good as them. His Two Face is probably one of the best versions of the character, being my second favourite villain I was so glad to see it done justice. not even done justice. just done is such a great, convincing way. I hated Nolan for killing him off. definitely a lot of potential in that character
+Logan Innkeeper. old alfred was completely irrelevant in the movie though. I remember so little about him that i think the bat cave has more character than he does. anyway, are we supposed to buy that Bob> Gordon+ Harvey+ Lucius? i suppose the nostalgia critic is blinded by nostalgia on this one
Keatons costume looks stupid. Its smudgy, weird gap in the mask, stupid abs and his belt cant stay on. Bales voice might be bad but keaton has a crap costume and is a bland bruce wayne. His batman personality is alright in my opinion
+Alex Sc I hear you. Bale's voice was okay in "Batman Begins" there at least it was clearly disguised realistically. Keaton was a little too subtle and the voice was a dead giveaway. While I agree that with Joker less is more, I feel we're suppose to feel like we're allowed behind the curtain with Batman.
+Zarus Tyran Yeah, for some reason Bale had a cooler sounding voice in Batman Begins, I wish it carried on to the future films. I also think his costume looked cooler in the new movies, it looked technologically innovated and he could move his neck. On top of that, the mask is cooler in the new movies to, it just disguises the fact that it's Bale behind the mask. For some reason Keaton's mask failed in that regard, it was pretty easy to tell it was him.
"The original or the reimagining" "The original or the reimagining" "The original or the remaining" Okay, so I get Batman only exists in movies to you.
True If there was a 3 way battle between Keaton Batman, Bale Batman, and Affleck Batman There would be no competition because Batfleck would beat their asses to a pulp
@@oyentest6758 I don’t like Batman Returns. Now I think Keaton is the best Batman. I still agree that the dark knight is better and Heath Ledger is still the best Joker.
Coming back to this, the only category I think the 89 movie should win is the better Batman in Keaton (although even his portrayal of Bruce Wayne isn't perfect, I always felt he came across as a bit too introverted, and not like Bruce in the comics. Bale had the better Wayne, but Keaton had the much better Batman). Doug basically admits the supporting cast in The Dark Knight is better (Gordon in the 89 movie is basically a joke, especially compared to Gary Oldman's portrayal) and a character who gets like 3 minutes of screentime in Bob isn't enough to swing that. As for the story, really, it comes down to how we as an audience talk about each movie. Batman 89 certainly has themes and some commentary, but it's pretty barebones, and most of the people finishing the movie are just going to be satisfied with a good vs evil story. In The Dark Knight, there's far more to talk about and analyse. How right is the Joker? How much should we be driven by our sense of justice? How much can normal people be corrupted by just a few changed factors? It still covers all the beats of the 89 movie, but asks even more questions for the audience and goes the extra mile, and can get you analysing it for weeks afterwards. I like Batman 89, it's a solid comic book movie. But The Dark Knight really was a total game-changer. I think it gets a 4-1 win here.
Yeah, I've only just recently watched Batman 89 for the first time and, though I really enjoyed Nicholson's Joker, his goals and motivations felt muddled and confused. First he wants revenge on his boss (fair enough), then he seems to go insane with just wanting to poison Gotham, and then at the same time he's lovestruck with Vicki Vale. It's madness without method, unlike Ledgers Joker. For a Burton film, I'm surprised it didn't lean more into the idea of Batman and Joker being two sides of the same coin as 'freaks' (as Burton likes to explore in his films). I think a much better approach would have been if, similar to Raimis Spiderman 1, the film cross cut between the origins of the hero and villain to show how they both react to society's rejection of them as social outcasts. That would have given the plot more focus.
i just started watching the nostalgia critic again ironically it's nostalgic

Tired of making GTA mod videos? Lol
I agree with everything he said about both Jokers, but disagree that Ledger was the better one. To me, Nicholson will always be the best Joker
Pretty sure doug draws the thumbnails, he used to be a professional ilustrator and it looks just like the drawn elements of the reviews
Unfortunate he changed it
No mention of Morgan Freeman.
He couldn't because lucius fox wasn't in the original 1989 film
axellovesgaming
And Bob the Henchmen wasn’t in the 2007 film, but that’s enough for 1989 to win Supporting Cast... in moon logic land....
Arthur Morgan was in 08 and Bob was in 89 even with that if u just said he’s a henchman comparison joker had no favorite henchman
Jfighter 11
No he wasn’t... Bob was only in the 1989...
Steven Choza whoops messed my message up I met 89 I’ll change it
I don't understand his awarding of the 'Best Supporting Cast'.

I'm pretty sure they did, I remember seeing them do a sketch with them shouting at Zack Snyder.

Aren't they already did
The funny thing is, next to this comment for me, youtube is recommending the Nostalgia Critic Batman V Superman review.
If he is such a big fan, why does Doug not care that the Tim Burton movies had Batman killing people?
Bob is cool. But Morgan Freeman is cooler

Mask of the phantasm is better

@MrGladBEASTftw Batman Beyond is one of my all time favorite shows, if not the favorite.
Valdemire Kreshnov in the comics, there are 3 Jokers.
That’s Not every timeline that’s only in the 50s Comics

I named 3 archetypes (Gold, Silver & Bronze age)
Timelines are not "archetypes."
I'll type it again:
- Happy fun time thief & doesn't kill.

Ledger is much better even bender from futurama did a better job
Well at least for the voice he did for 7 YEARS!
Oliver Queen So...Ledger is bad because of the superficial stuff that was removed? Do you also think that Andrew Garfield was a good Spider-Man because he had web shooters?
I was already a teen when Batman 89 was shown in the Cinemas
This is just my opinion:
Keaton is the better Batman
Bale is the better Bruce Wayne
Ledger is the better Joker
Dark Knight has way better supporting cast
Dark Knight has the better story, complex and deep but still entertaining
(A mad man wants to burn Gotham to the ground and Batman do not know how to handle Joker's unpredictability)
Batman 89 has a good story, simple and paced but effective
(A mad man wants to destroy Gotham and Batman just have to fight him, he know where and when Joker will make his move)
Dark Knight wins a mile
Gen Rai I actually have the same opinion as you😃
I love both & agree that dark knight is defo the better film but I find myself watching Batman 89 way more often which may be because, like you, I watched it as a teen in 89 & it holds a very special place in my nostalgia heart or maybe it’s just easier on the brain. Both are still fantastic tho💪

I prefer 89 and the animated series more.
I watch the Burton batman way more but there’s no denying that the dark knight is an extremely well made film.
mike rigby
I guess it can be if i dont think of it as a batman film and instead james bond or something else.
"He's the henchmen who doesn't say anything..." (as he shows a random clip of Bob saying something.
If I had a penny for every time someone complained about Bale's voice, I would be rich af. So here's how I see it:
It's obvious from the beginning that what Nolan is trying to go for is a REALISTIC version of Batman.
His Batthroat makes sense since its extremely difficult to change your voice and changing it to something nearly everyone can mimic raises the suspect list
...but why Bruce didn't just buy some voice equalizer like Affleck did in BvS?
MegaTech81 yeah I was ok with it because I see some movies and think how do they not know it's him like the spider man trilogy he acts NO DIFFERENT from Peter
Why didn't Bale's Bruce Wayne, aka Bale himself, take voice lessons? I imagine it's not TOO difficult, for a professional actor, to learn one different voice that doesn't sound like a 5yo mimicking his father.
It was his attempts to make the character realistic was where he failed.
So thats why he kept licking his lips?
@@samkresil6011 yup
As much as people complain about the voice, aren't there just as many complaints about superhero's not disguising their voices? Especially when people they know come across them?
How are you gonna say TDK batman costume looked weird when Keaton couldn't even move his neck
True.
because it did. it looked fucking awkward
I don't remember Bale turning his head either so your point is invalid
One of the points of the new suit is that Bruce could turn his head. Lucius Fox asks him, "You want to be able to turn your head?", & Bruce jokingly replies, "It'd sure make backing out of the driveway easier."
Bale moved his head a decent amount. And even if he didn't why does it matter? The fact that Keaton couldn't move his head is stupid
Bob? He's why the 89 Batman has a better supporting cast? Isn't Commissioner Gordon supposed to be important? Well, not in the 89 film. He's barely an after thought. Oh, and you didn't mention Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. Who played him in the 89 film? No one? Why did he include Joe from the original but not include Lucius Fox from the new? Morgan Freeman was amazing! Also the reason The Dark Knight's Alfred's dialog had so many speeches in it was because he was basically Bruce's adoptive father. He talks the way he does because he feels he is responsible for teaching Bruce right from wrong. And finally I'm sorry but The Dark Knights story was amazing. The final scene with Batman and Gordon still give me chills to this day. Its because he simply wanted the 89 film to win.
I can see all that through my nostalgia goggles, so come on.
for me, the "dark knight triology" is better and they're one of my favourite movie series :D
+crcoghill But compared to the other series it was better than most of the movies.
+BricklordLP The third movie was way too terrible for me to keep liking that series. It was terrible as a movie and as a batman movie and it just sours the entire experience.
+Armlace I actually liked the third movie from that triology :D

Not the best, but certainly up there.
+blockhead134 When I first saw the Joker I thought they were doing another The Crow movie. Then, I saw the movie and was like, "okay, he can look however he wants"
I hope the same can be said when Suicide Squad comes out. So far that Joker just looks like the love child of The Joker and the dude from Die Antwoord got a jacket Paul Hogan threw out halfway into filming Crocodile Dundee 4: Brokedown in Oaktown.
+pious83 you see there is this crazy theory in comics that joker was once the red hood, you should look into it.
SoopDwagg
Theory? Joker & Red Hood being the same dude is a canon thing in a lot of series.
There's an alternate reality where Batman is the super criminal Owlman and Joker is the hero Red Hood fighting these villains, even got his face disfigured like Joker's during one of the fights.
Then there' the Under the Red Hood movie, where someone takes up the title of Red Hood, which that story's Joker says it used to be his thing and that his outfit was classier.
There are probably more examples but that's what I can think of off the top of my head.
InfernosReaper
holy shit it's canon!? i should tell the guys at DC, see they were the people who came up with the theory years ago (is the sarcasm finally coming through)
The Dark Knight had a good joker and good scenes but when you watch a comic movie you're there to watch a classic comic movie and that's why I love the original Batman
Equality. I like and respect that.
I love both, but the 89 Batman is more like a comic book.
2019 Joker: “Hold my beer.”
Plus the OG Batman has Prince
The King of the Penguins SCRAPING AT THE DOORRRR!!!
Oliver Queen Zsasz is also really realistic
Best Batman: Who cares?
Best Joker: I don't care
Best Movie: Batman and Robin
worst movie batman and robin
ratchet clank Can you take a joke? Idiot. -.-
Shelby Longbottom oh that was joke sorry no seriously what is favorite batman movie
ratchet clank I don't watch batman movies. I haven't seen a single one xD
Shelby Longbottom you're pathetic
1:36 "Bruce Wayne the drunken millionaire."
Millionaire?
1:36
It's billionaire Doug, millionaires are so last year
Big Boss *I understood that reference*
We have much do discuss
loved that game
the dark knight is way better
I actually like Bale's Batman voice, it seems more like he's trying to hide his identity
I always liked it too, so I guess were the minority.
I especially like when he saw the opportunity taking on the role to help people tied up that also happened to be blindfold so even though he wasn't in the costume he took on the persona
@Brandon Brooks that's the damn point - hide the voice
When I think about it the speeches alfred does in Dark Knight make it seem like he brain washed Bruce into becoming Batman...
Talks about the supporting cast, giving the edge to Bob and doesn't even mention Morgan Freeman as Fox... Sorry NC, you've failed me.
BOB is better than Fox, because BOB is "Best OF BATMAN."
Tabor 7
That is the stupidest line I have ever heard come out of a youtube comments section.
@Al3xh413 Ok lets count others. Michael Cane, Gary Oldman , Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy. Are those enough?
@Al3xh413 why not?
@Al3xh413 I'm sorry what? Michael Caine is one of the best supporting cast
He totally forgot to add "best bat gadgets" ie batmobile, bat wing, bat bike.. love to hear your input on those
Yeah, the Batman voice did get worse in The Dark Knight. But, I thought it was very good in Batman Begins.
So there were all of those superior supportive characters from the Dark Knight films, but you still gave it to Batman because of fucking Bob. FUCKING BOB.
+Asasuin *HEY!!*
"Bob .... is our Number One ... a.. Guyyyyyy!" :p
Bat Man: Hey Alfred, can you help me with something.
Alfred:A lone time ago...
Bat Man: SHUT UP ALFRED JUST HELP ME!
That was The Dark Knight in a nutshell.
You know I was watching this and when I got to the joker bit I looked behind me at the Heath Ledger joker poster behind me and knew how that would end
Batman & Robin SUCKS!!!!! and i like Batman Returns. a Lot.
Me too.
Me too or #MeToo (No pun intended).
carmen finiziana I actually thought Batman Returns was better than the first Batman.
3:37 I found it intimidating, that whole "SWEAR TO ME!" line was cool as fuck
Best Batman: Michael Keaton
Best Bruce Wayne: Christian Bale
Best Batman/Bruce Wayne: Kevin Conroy and Ben Affleck (after BvS comes out)
The Christian Bale rant at the end was great! LOL
I'll never forget that time when I discovered the old Batman film in my house and knowing absolutely zero about it, put it in the VCR and watched it.
The original Batman had much better pacing, Dark Knight dragged a bit and was much less subtle.
but the action sequences in Dark Knight were amazing.
I feel like this is more personal preference. Batman 1989 is better as a Batman film but TDK is superior as just a movie.
Tomas Horst He said at the beginning of the video it was all his opinion
personally i love the character designs from the Dark Knight, i also love it because of it's story, as there are major and yet subtle nuances every time you watch the movie, i think that it was supposed to be a character study, and it worked, it absolutely gave a powerful story that is so intricate in detail. i like nichlson, because he was born to play a joker, not the best but a good cartoony joker.
I dunno. Ledger seemed like he was chaos to me.
Well the joker is chaos
Marc Cannon Well yeah, but Critic was saying that while Ledger was "trying" to create chaos, Nicholson already "was" chaos.
+GhostPlanetFilms I responded before I got to that point sorry
Marc Cannon It's okay.
+GhostPlanetFilms well lenger joker is kinda like a terrorist so that make him chaos
Batman is a good movie
The dark knight is a masterpiece
The dark knight is a good movie. Batman is a masterpiece.
I like christian bale but that fucking voice sucks so hard
Neither movie was a masterpiece, but the dark night at least had a one actor give a masterpiece of a performance.
The Dark Knight is my favorite movie ever made
I think the Dark Knight is a masterpiece. Not flawless, but too iconic to be done better by someone else.
- I’m an architect. I need bodies!
I’ve got a sneaky suspicion that Lars Von Trier night saw this episode.
Oh shit
Heath Ledger WOULD have been a great Arthas for the upcoming warcraft movie.
I know Bale’s voice was a little wacky but I liked it because while it was weird the animated version also changed his voice sometimes so it reminded me of that
Critic: “Go make Reign Of Fire 2”
Bale: “No!”
Critic: “Yes!”
Bale: “No!”
Critic: “Yes!”
Bale: “oh fucks sake.”
😂😂😂😂
i love your choices, when the dark knight came out i remember my dad and i left and i told him that when i read the comics and watched the wb show this was how i had seen him, legitimately that perfect blend of creepy, uncomfortable funny, and unbreaking interest
can someone explain why his content if on like 5 different channels? cause ive already seen this video elsewhere
+Scott Sandler +Hans Lübeck thanks everyone, makes sense now
Fun fact: the old Batman version the throne (sry for the typping) that the joker satt on was a replica of the Swedish throne you can see the 3 crowns on it.
+karnak333 Basically, all the best Batman stories are a character study
+karnak333 I completely disagree, the musical score of the 89 movie is far better than that of the Dark Knight, which, besides Keaton, is the main reason I prefer the 89 movie.
Then again I always was more a music kind of person than a movie kind of person (I did like the less overly dramatic tone of the 89 movie better as well though).
+THE BATMAN You are right, Keaton's batman used guns...he shot people.
+KlingonCaptain so did batman in the comics
Christian Bale is a idiot
I'm Batman.
ur first
+shadowlinkbds the comic book version?
+pharaohyami5000 you're the supreme king
+pharaohyami5000 I'm the Joker... HA HA HA HA!
+pharaohyami5000 Ohhh good for you.
However, Ledger practically invented a new Joker with so much effort and skill that he deserved the posthumous Oscar.
silverloony1 1
Agreed
Batman 1989 = Gothic Noir Masterpiece.
The Dark Knight = Extended episode of Law & Order featuring the Crow
Good way to put it
Ha ha I never noticed that
The new Batman can not beat such awesomeness like Batman 89.
DerBegginBlue
Nah not me... The music is a lot more epic in the Burton version and no god damn silly voice!
Personally, I've never true liked the corny versions of Batman. I've always like the serious darker versions. While I enjoy the 1989 version, the Dark Knight trilogy will always be better to me... Although I do have more issues with it then I do with the 1989 film.
+Hired Goon Ledger was a million times better than Nicholson
A Brick Interest Depends on what you want out of your Joker. Ledger's Joker was more realistic and much darker, Nicholson's Joker was cartoony and mad (in both senses of the word). Both are fantastic Jokers in their own right.
***** Can't argue with that
10:32
That’s fair. That car chase is one of the best car chases in cinematic history!
you should make an old vs new for Evil Dead. I prefer the original, but the newer one wasn't too bad either.
Brandon Roberts
They're both great, but due to Bruce Campbell, I will always prefer the original.
+jrzag There was a new one?
InfernosReaper yes. It was released a few years ago.
+jrzag I heard Evil Dead before the third one was supposed to be "scary" and not funny but honestly. It's a comedy series.
Cute Gamer b(^_^)d
The original I don't necessarily consider full comedy, as it's purpose was horror. I hated the second one because it was trying to be both (and failed in doing so). I still love Army Of Darkness though, but that's because it was a big part of my early childhood
Anyway, this comment was pointless.
Batman: Michael Keaton is miles under Christian Bale. Here's why:
1) Who is Bruce Wayne?
The Dark Knight hides his voice and it can be taken seriously (at times)
I would talk about the Gadgets and stuff but i'm tired of weiting this comment
Maybe a top 11 Joker lines, or scenes or something...
benito franco this is hilarious, you only made two points and one of the points isn't even about his acting, but his costume.
I also like Heath's joker becuase he's complex. He tests Batman's morals, and schemers and society. He's very interesting
Red from The Blacklist and Alfred from new Batmans sould have Speech-off.
LOL
LOL that would be awesome
I miss these episodes. How about these ideas.
A nightmare on elm street v remake
Texas chainsaw massacre v remake
The Hulk v the incredible hulk.
Superman v man of steel
Child's play v remake
@NICHOLAS MAH you would be surprised on what you find sometimes done better in remakes. Cinemassacre did a thing V thing. The carpenter one V the back and white original.
1.the original beat them all i mean robert englund as freddy is perfectly creepy & and had personality
Heather langenkamp is gorgeus and has a charm as nancy
2.for the griity& creepy classic visuals i choose the original but the characters i choose 2003 remake
3.the incredible hulk for win but eric bana as banner is perfectly cast
4.tought choice but still christopher reeves is the still the perfect descriptions of the superman
5.same with ANOES
While I see your points, I also have to throw in my 2 cents that the original Batman, with the integration of the Joker turning out to be the one who killed the Waynes, weakened it somewhat in my opinion as it made Batman's motivation seem more like revenge then trying to do something good for his city. Pushes it back towards a tie IMO...
Joseph Torres Except he was already doing the Batman thing before learning of the connection.
The fact Batman's supporting cast won BOB'S your uncle
I am not sorry
That phone call worked so well
All this that he said and the fact that BATMAN inspired future design and concepts like BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES can only help in realizing Doug's choice was the right choice.Nolans Bat tale was inspired by concepts from the past and not the other way around it did not inspire things.Great film though.
I totally disagree. Dark knight had a way better story
I agree.
13:43-14:25 Ladies and gentlemen, the worlds first R-rated Batman.
Glad someone else feels the same way as I do about bales costume.
The supporting cast comparison i have to disagree with. Maybe old girlfriend won, but othervise dark knight takes it all. New Alfred is amazing supporting force for batman, i love gordon and you sad it for the harvey. How the hell bob just tips everything to the old side?
"none of this is fact, it's strictly opinion."
+Jay P I believe it he liked Old's Alfred more only because of all the speeches from New's Alfred so Bob was the tie breaker for him.
freezaplanet419 and i told mine
old Alfred wins that battle but I hate how he overlooks Harvey Dent. imo, even when competing against people like bale and ledger.
2:38 IN WHAT WORLD DOES THAT LOOK INTIMIDATING? HIS CHEEKS LOOK SO CHUBBY AND HIS FACE IS SO GOOFY. WHAT THE HELL, CRITIC?
RainyCloud 10
Yup
Its called bias, mate
Keatons costume looks stupid. Its smudgy, weird gap in the mask, stupid abs and his belt cant stay on. Bales voice might be bad but keaton has a crap costume and is a bland bruce wayne. His batman personality is alright in my opinion
+Alex Sc I'm getting a "Mr Sunday Movies" vibe from this.
And I agree.
TheBulletAnt
yeah i agree with his points, hes totally right
+Alex Sc I hear you.
+Alex Sc I'm not defending the Keaton, but he had one movie to set up character. Bale had a movie to set up Batman and the Bruce Wayne.
I always thought Bale sounded like he was always about to sneeze. 😂
Best Batman :The Dark Knight
Best Joker: The Dark Knight
The only thing that I dislike about bale is the bat-groul being over the top at times but still amazing
"The original or the reimagining"
"The original or the reimagining"
"The original or the remaining"
Okay, so I get Batman only exists in movies to you.
hey look a typo
fancy that
He's actually a huge fan of batman tas.
For me, it's kinda 50/50
:3
So Dark Knight Returns, directed by Tim Burton, written by Nolan, starring Michael Keaton and a resurrected Heath Ledger. That's my dream.
Chris Stick
I wish
The voice is so Bruce can hide his identity
Yeah I guess people don't really notice that
+Rapperjosh13 We get it, it's just that it sounds so ridiculous. You can hide your voice, but it doesn't have to be so exaggerated.
+Rapperjosh13 Look at Captain Obvious here...
People know - the Bale voice is still dumb.
+Rapperjosh13 Yes but why does he have to sound like he is trying to sing along to AC/DC?
+Rapperjosh13 He literally has to stop and breathe after every few words lol
Best Batman: affleck
Best Joker: ledger
Best movie: the dark knight
True
If there was a 3 way battle between Keaton Batman, Bale Batman, and Affleck Batman
There would be no competition because Batfleck would beat their asses to a pulp
Ghost Zombies Well no duh!
But only the Affleck in BvS. He became a joke in Justice League.
Best Batman: Keaton
Best Joker: Ledger
Best movie: Batman Returns
@@oyentest6758 I don’t like Batman Returns. Now I think Keaton is the best Batman. I still agree that the dark knight is better and Heath Ledger is still the best Joker.
"Bob doesn't say anything." Proceeds to show Bob saying something. 😂
Idk, I'm sorry, but I love bale as batman, especially the voice and costume from dark night's
THANKS FINALLY!!
Sorry to hear that. I hope you got the treatment you needed.
8:12 emotional breackdown starts here
Are we not gonna talk about how Doug literally predicted the plot of The House That Jack Built?
"I wanna be an architect. I need bodies."
