My sister is in a really bad place rn. Shes hopelessly addicted to drugs. Recently became homeless. Dealing with major depression...a lot is going on with her. She sent me this song and god, I just want to hug her. I love her so much...

Almost 4 years clean off Heroin and pills myself...i was main lining dope and diludid for 3 years after 6 straight years norco and oxy use every day... Im so happy i got out of it...my ex bf who got me into heroin and gave me my first shot (and i never even smoked or snorted it at all before and i was so fkn afraid and shaking when he was about to hit me i actually had told him that i changed my mind and he literally manipulated me somehow into letting him do it. Didnt even feel anything from my first shot cuz my pill addiction of 6 years straight had my tolerance SOOO high...plus it was balloon dope (looks like dirty sand) i was actually relieved that i didnt feel anything...a month later he picked up some black and my addict self was curious....and let him hit me with that and BOOM....game over. I fkn wish i had never dated him. And 2 years ago he actually was homeless after him mom kicked him out for slangin out of her house and he was also a narcessisit and very abusive. Anyways he was walking on the Amtrak tracks at like 530 in the morning high on meth and heroin and xanax and he literally got hit by the train.... I feel bad sort of but he really did so many bad things to so many people and his addiction was so strong and so deep rooted that he was never gonna get better. So its better for him to be at peace and for his Mother to be at some peace without him causing her the constant stress. So wierd though....like if i had stayed with him i would have ended up dead for sure cuz thats when the heroin was starting to really really be cut with fentanyl. Funny thing is that i dont really miss the heroin high at all...i do miss the norco high tho...but im on methadone so id never have a low enough tolerance for them again and thats prolly a good thing. Congrats to you for staying clean. My date is 8/10/2016, 5 days before my birthday! Whats your clean date?
