Crispy durian flatbread | Easiest way to mix flour! Soft inside and crispy outside!

  • • Ingredients: crispy durian flatbread
    Durian pulp a little bit, 0:35,
    All-purpose flour 300 grams, 0:58,
    Yeast 3 grams, 0:59,
    Water 210 grams, 1:10,
    Pastry(100 grams of hot oil, 100 grams of flour), 1:47,
    Mozzarella cheese a little bit, 3:54,
    Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 230 degrees. Put it in upper layer of oven and bake it for 18-20 mins. Take it out when it is in good color. If the oven only has 3 layers, we keep it in the top layer first, if it is colored too much at halfway, then move it to the middle layer.

    现在是马来西亚的榴莲季节,榴莲盛产也很便宜,刚好可以试一下这个食谱。谢谢老爸!

      @@LBDSG1966 你们吃的确实很贵,而且也不是最新鲜的。吃榴莲要吃自然熟的,出国的榴莲大多数是催熟的尤其是泰国榴莲。马来西亚的榴莲品种很多有山榴莲,甘榜榴莲这些是便宜的基本上一粒才马币5-20元,这些就是我们拿来做糕点的,成本没那么高。如果是中等价位的像是红虾,竹脚,D24这类的则是按公斤算,一公斤也要20-50令吉起跳;看品种而定价位。再来最好的例如猫山王,黑刺这两种也是不便宜一公斤最少都要35-100令吉起跳。所以在马来西亚吃榴莲是看个人喜欢的品种和荷包有多深来决定你要吃的榴莲。吃过马来西亚榴莲你们才会知道正真榴莲的美味,马来西亚的榴莲有分,奶香中带苦,苦中带酒味,有香甜而软糯的,有浓郁而后劲,如果有来马来西亚可以联络我,我介绍你们吃不同的榴莲品种,吃后包你们回味无穷,因为我们的榴莲不是催熟的是自然熟后掉下来的,在味道方面差别非常多。
