    Those all look fantastic and I must try them. My personal favourite is making mulled wine in a crockpot letting it warm and combine while outside doing winter activities. This year that will be mainly the snow shoveling. Be safe everyone!

    Bonneville, thank you for helping me become my own Bartender. When the C-19 hit I knew my days of imbibing fine cocktails at the end of a work day was over, saved my life mate. Sorry to hear of the new shutdown, from my years spent in the UK, I know the pub is the center of the community. Heart felt sorrow for you and your patrons. Happier holidays to come.

    Brilliant 👍 loving these, exactly what I needed.
    I really wanna try one of the old English warmers, called wet dog, I’ve read about it in an old article. They had cold or hot version in the 18th century. Basically just wormed up English bitter ale with brown sugar and Holland gin (Jenever or Old Tom) with a dust of nutmeg on top.

    • @RuairiGilles
      @RuairiGilles 4 года назад +1

      Send me the recipe and I’ll make it 👍🏼

    • @David-mg8zu
      @David-mg8zu 4 года назад

      @@RuairiGilles I finally made it. I used 45 ml Plymouth gin (as I haven’t got Genever, but I’m sure it would be better that way), 3 bar-spoon of brown sugar, lots of grated nutmeg and 200 ml of Hobgoblin beer. I heated it up on the stove, poured into my mug and grated more nutmeg. It was delicious. Enjoy
