Good gramma. I loved my gramma but I’m not sure I would have asked her about things like that. Bless her heart. If ever there was an Angel on earth it was my gramma.
I could watch a show with just Missy & Meemaw. The story arc for these two characters still has a lot that can be explored. Bitchy highschool girls captured perfectly.
I’m sorry, but the fact the missy feels so disregarded by her own mother that whenever she has a problem she goes to see her grandmother is honestly heartbreaking.
?? Really disregarded? Mary was an amazing mother to those kids and the reason why Missy doesn't go to Mary is because 1) She isn't suppose to be wearing that skirt. 2) She goes to grandma because grandma lets them get away with stuff all the time, so why go to the parent? Its freaking crazy that people believe that Mary was a bad mom to Missy when Mary was an amazing mother and no matter how many times Mary tried to connect with her Missy didn't want it. So instead of blame Mary how about saying Missy disregarded her mom.
@@skankhunt434 You telling me, you never has a similar razor story during your teenage years? My classmate had a horrendous face plastered with band aids after he tried his dad's razor for the first time, and he didn't know what a shaving cream was. None of us did, apart from the fact that they came in tubes. We still laugh about it when we get together.
This one isn't necessarily a mistake but it is basically the most tragic part of my life. My family and I were coming back from church and I was hanging out with my cousins and all of a sudden my cousin's brother walks into the room and tells me that grandma died. I couldn't control myself I couldn't even stop crying because I have known that beautiful woman ever since I was born and I'll tell you the truth 22 years meant the world to her but 90 something years was a blessing for her. The day after she passed away I thought I was going to hold it all together when I went back to college and at first I thought I was going to be too embarrassed to bring it up but I told my professors that I needed to have time off to overcome my grief and they immediately understood and the same way for my friends. So long story short they let me take some time away from classes just so I can get myself back together and I went to the College cafeteria mostly because I wanted to be left alone and in the fullness of time things have been not so easy but we have learned to overcome our grief. I'm not embarrassed to talk about my family but there is one thing I regretted most of all for my grandmother is I never got a chance to be around her more often. I'm hoping to learn from my mistakes not just when she passed away but I have to learn from my other mistakes and learn to become a better person in the future. I also believe that God was hugging me but more importantly he was hugging all of us during the time my grandma died. I also believe in my heart that God has definitely giving her a place in heaven and she has my grandfather to look after her
@@ericsantana1184I am sorry for your loss, but I am confused. The mistake I was referring to is when pre teens and teenagers learn to use the razor. This happens with boys as well as girls. Some learn from cool grown ups like an elder sibling or the cool aunt or uncle. A girl may learn about waxing and the razor from her aunt, a guy can learn to shave his beard from his elder brother. But in many cases, like in mine, I learnt it myself as I was the eldest kid and my dad was in the military and we moved to wherever he was transferred, so no uncle to show me the ropes. Plus I was very independent since childhood. While learning, I learnt how to hold the razor, how to wash the blade, when to change the blade, shaving creams, gels etc etc. The mistakes that I made should be obvious, not knowing what would happen if I left hairs stuck in the razor. Initially not knowing how to identify a dull blade etc. Obvious consequences were loads of Nick's and cuts which required regular supplies of band aids and disinfectants.
I'm jealous. They both passed way before I was born. 😢 The only one who came close was an old school marm who had a huge impact on me and helped teach me to cook. Love her so much.

Same. And I shaved against the grain and slashed right up my leg. Had to get wrapped up by my dad. Still have a bit of a scar from doing that, but at least I didn't knick an artery 😅
Never let anyone judge you for hairy legs. It is absolutely natural, and a choice for everyone if they wish to shave or wax. People who shave have to do it routinely which some people don't have time to do so so often, and the hair gets thicker and longer and more noticable everytime it grows back. Waxing is just painful, has to be done routinely until your hairs stop showing up, and both require money for razors, for shaving cream, for appointments or at home stuff to wax. I stopped shaving because I didn't want to keep up with it, and I have been judged heavily by schoolmates, and my own mom who also loves to make fun of what I eat and how fat I am. Don't do something because other people want you to or expect it, do it because it's somthing you want and are willing to put in time (to learn) and effort (to keep it up).
Change the title. Missy was not complaining, she was simply seeking out help since she obviously lacks support from her parents. (if anything, Sheldon is the complainer). Missy and Meemaw are the BEST and the ONLY reason I’ve watched this show, they both are a force to be reckoned with.🦋👩👧🌸🕊️
They didn’t exactly zoom in on her legs for obvious reasons but from what I can tell her legs are perfectly normal? You can’t even see any hair from the angle
