OTAlucard, Ur new 350X looks like it has potential! It definitely looks like it would fit right into my fleet! All those kicks and no profanity??? U are a better man than me... Thanks for posting!
Wow 7 years. I hope to bring this project back out of the barn. I just picked up new plastics for it. And some engine parts among other things. So I'm hoping I can fix it next year bring it back to good health :)
Hey cool 350x. You know you can flip the decompression lever on top of the engine by hand so it will start better. Also you have the 85 , the 85 hand the clutch cable than ran down threw the exhaust pipes then down the right side of the engine to the clutch lever, now on the 86 the clutch cable went on the left side of the pipes and down the left side of the engine and then crosses behind the engine to the clutch lever.
With the 350x bikes they all have a compression release you have to kick it 5 times slow down and all the way back up then kick it hard once it should start
Well It would probably ride on for awhile longer but I am going to clean it all up tomorrow and moth ball it for awhile. Then later on start a full tare down mild restore on the cheap mainly using used parts that I pick up for the bike wherever I can get them Thank you for watching
