    It’s about Japanese POW in Siberia. Song’s title is Foreign Hill.

    First composed in 1943 in Manchuria by a japanese soldier (Yoshida Tadashi).

    i dont think its an imperial march, i somewhere read that it was composed post war no?

      It was post-war, the song is about Japanese soldiers captured by Soviet soldiers and detained in camps in the USSR following the end of the war

      Santiago Ravello gots it. It’s about Japanese POW’s in Siberia. Recording is from 1948 but no idea when it was written or by whom. The name translates “The Foreign Hills.”
