Hey Tom, do you have to do an Idle Relearn Procedure after install? Or is this even a thing with this generation?

2000 crv here. I’m almost certain that I have burnt valves (missing on all 4 cylinders) but I do get really bad surging idles to the point I think the car is going to stall(like 200rpm). But it’s not all the time that the idle surges some times it does and sometimes it doesn’t. So you think it’s worth cleaning or replacing anyways?

If you're getting that on all four cylinders generally that usually is the valves are going on the head the CRVs are definitely notorious for that if not highly maintained for it. I would say don't waste your money on anything else right now start looking for another head and then freshen up everything from there and you should be good to go.

I would recommend staying with the B20 one.

I had a bouncing idle in park and neutral. Replaced iacv and now it’s sitting at about 3000 rpm in park/neutral and in drive it bounces between 1500-2000. Any suggestions?

Hey, I tried looking for your email on your channel but I can’t find it so I’m asking my question here. My 1997 crv has positive camber at the front right side. I have replace the lower control arm, steering rack and outer tie rod as I was assuming one of those components may have been bent after I slid on ice and hit the curb on that side. Brought it to the shop to get it aligned but they said there is nothing they can do to fix the positive camber. I’m just wondering if you have any ideas of what I can do or maybe there’s a adjustable camber kit for the front end I can purchase.

It definitely sounds like something might have gotten a little bent on the suspension if you've replaced that amount of stuff I would definitely go with the Truhart upper camber kit and that way you'd be able to get more adjustment out of your camber.
