You certainly spotted the Waterford and got the bargain of the day. You are so fortunate to have such great shops. My goodwill is pathetic but I always check just in case!
What a great representation of Charity Guild Shop! Thank you so much for sharing all the treasurers that abound. We are an all volunteer staff and our proceeds benefit Charities that support children in need in the Houston area. We're so glad you found so many special items. Your knowledge of all the pieces you shared is impressive. We greatly appreciate you spreading the word and your support!
Thanks for all you do for the community! Your giving hearts make a difference in many lives. We sure enjoy shopping your beautiful treasures at the Charity Guild Shop. ❤️❤️❤️
Nice to meet you, birthday twin! 🎂 Dallas has some of my favorite spots. Have you been to Upscale Resale on W. Campbell or High Street Antiques? Chocolate Angel Tea Room is a favorite. 🤎
The extent of your knowledge in regards to brands is quite simply very exciting to me! LOVE your vids!! It’s the beginning of gardening season in Seacoast NH so I wasn’t able to be a part of your recent Saturday gathering, looking forward to viewing everything you have already or will post in the future!! Thank You!!
I appreciate you! Glad you can appreciate the lovely brands in tabletop. I can't get enough of the pretties. Need a warehouse. Ha! Bet your gardens are looking lovely. We had a rare freeze in Texas and still waiting to replace front bushes, etc.
Glad you enjoy thrifting at Charity Guild Shop. I went yesterday with a friend and found treasures. No surprise. Ha! Will feature this shopping experience soon. There is a story to tell. Oh, my heart is full.
Thank you for your channel I just had to subscribe as you are a wealth of information. I am learning more and more about china and glass two subjects where I am weak, but I am learning each day from your videos. My favorite items to collect are sterling silver and Victorian furniture.
I am so drawn to BEAUTIFUL clear glass, crystal and EAPG…I know that , for now, the value has dropped…which is good for collectors (😁), but cannot last forever! Who can resist all that beauty forever?? 💖 Thank you for always showing us all the beautiful glass!!✨✨✨
I saw their Facebook teaser that morning with the Delft and dressed for it. 💙🤍This is the Ann Taylor Loft blouse I got at St. Christopher’s Resale for $4.00. 😳
We survived it with our mental health intact, but could not take much more. The cats were shivering and huddled with us. Power back after 3 cold, dark days. Thanks for thinking of us! 😘
Just noticed the shop featured here is also online?! Would you consider making a list included in a vid where you compile all you favorite online resources?
Wow 😮 oh my god,,Once again thank you so much what a wonderful tour.I loved Antiques so much..makes my day .could you please inform me the address and shop name ,.I am getting addicted to your lovely film.💙🦋💙🍷🥂🍷cheers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m really enjoying all of your videos :) I also love delft and visited the museum in holland and got a vase! Do you know of any good hunting grounds in the Dallas / ft worth area for great finds? Thanks 🙏
Delft is a lovely town. Glad you got to visit and brought back a treasure. Yes, I actually know lots of great spots in Dallas. My daughter is in college there and we have our favorite places. Have featured many of these on my channel. Upscale Resale on W. Campbell Road is my favorite. It's like Christmas each time I shop there. Oh, the deals! Tell Miss Betty I said hello! She is there to greet you and help with your purchases. High Street Antique Mall is my favorite of all time with high end items and good deals. My daughter has helped me virtually shop at B&B Consignments off Coit Road. Will go next time I am in the Big D.
Hello, Lady Mary Beth. I had posted a comment earlier, but I see it's vanished. Did you get to see it before it disappeared? It contained a link about your Empress tea towel, with some interesting information.
I briefly saw your post and then it disappeared. Sorry! Was thrilled that you know about the tea towel. Please remind me again. Was it in Vancouver? 🫖 ☕️
@@LadyMaryBeth Hello again. I'm wondering if your settings for RUclips do not allow links? I've posted a second message, with the link to the information about the tea towel, but it seems to have vanished instantly.
@@LadyMaryBeth The link was to a site that was selling the tea towel ($28.00). Here is the description: This is a wonderful recipe tea towel or dish towel featuring scones and the china pattern exclusive to the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC Canada, famous for it's wonderful afternoon tea, and titled Tea At The Fairmont. The pretty pattern surrounding the recipe, was designed for the hotel in 1914, and a crown was added after by King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1939, when the hotel was part of the Canadian Pacific Railroad hotels. The pattern is made by Royal Doulton, England. I have included a photo of a china setting to demonstrate the pattern. The elegant linen cotton scone recipe tea towel or dish towel measures 24 inches high by 17 inches wide and has a handy sewn in hanging loop at the top of the towel. The design is so pretty and perfect for your tea table, kitchen, or if any royal is due to come to tea!
@@sashineb.2114 Thanks so much for sharing the tea towel story! I want to take tea at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria now. 🫖☕️ We had thought about going to BC for my big birthday in July. That is, if travel to Europe is suspended. We have a home in Germany and trying to get back there. You have renewed my interest in going now. 🥰

Oh my, like a museum quality! I like their price policy as well!
I need to go back to MAM Resale. So many treasures in that shop!
The tea towel from The Empress maybe from The Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC Canada 🇨🇦
Yes! A viewer reached out to share the history. You are correct. 🇨🇦 ☕️

You are right about that! I shopped Stillgoode Consignments today and saw EAPG compotes for $12.00. Buy it while you can.

I hope you and your family (including your kitty) are doing alright in the big freeze.
We survived it with our mental health intact, but could not take much more. The cats were shivering and huddled with us. Power back after 3 cold, dark days. Thanks for thinking of us! 😘
Happiness is a warm puppy, but your chilly kitties were happy you were there for them!

Charity Guild Shop puts teasers on Facebook, but no online shop. MAM Resale does a FB live. The main online resource I utilize is shopgoodwill.com
The Waterford Lismore rose bowl was a STEAL! 😮💚👍🏻
Had been looking for one. So happy to find it for $12! 🙌🏻❤️

I like that you pick everything up to look at, just like I do!
I always have a jeweler’s loop and a measuring tape in my handbag. 😉Those acid etched Waterford stamps can be hard to find. 🕵🏻
Was that a Herrend bunny?
Looks like, but no Herend mark.
Very nice
Thank you
Thanks for coming along as I thrift. 😉
