- A video compilation of modern gun mods for Red Dead Redemption 2 that includes the Uzi submachine gun, Colt M1911 semi-automatic pistol, Benelli M4 shotgun, and AR 15 rifle. The Uzi is a family of Israeli open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns and machine pistols first designed by Major Uziel "Uzi" Gal in the late 1940s, shortly after the establishment of the State of Israel. The M1911 is a single-action, recoil-operated, semi-automatic pistol chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. The Benelli M4 is a semi-automatic shotgun produced by Italian firearm manufacturer Benelli Armi SpA, and the fourth and last model of the Benelli Super 90 line of semi-automatic shotguns. An AR-15-style rifle is any lightweight semi-automatic rifle based on or similar to the Colt AR-15 design. The Colt model removed the selective fire feature of its predecessor, the original ArmaLite AR-15, itself a scaled-down derivative of the AR-10 design by Eugene Stoner. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by Rockstar Games. The game is the third entry in the Red Dead series and a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption.

@@jessebailey5962 actually its based off the M1911 the FN 1903 was already out of service with federal police replaced with the M1911 bc that was what was. Newly availiable
@@TokerJoker420 in real life that's true. In the game the gun is based off the 1903 pocket hammerless pistol. You can look up every gun that the game based then off of. That's why in RDR1 you don't see a hammer on it
@@jessebailey5962 yeah thats why i never used it in game its not historically accurate you might be able to loot it off a dead soldier but thats your best bet at getting it
Honestly if these kind of mods are possible, I'd much rather see more peroid correct firearms. I always thought there wasn't enough revolvers in the game, not that I wanted a full auto Uzi haha.
I'm fine with some ww1 and maybe ww2 era weapons but anything past that like the AR mod is bit to much. I always wanted more bolt action rifles like the lee Enfield, Mosin nagant and Kar 98 all per ww1 rifles.
A Thompson submachine gun is all this game needs, there's nothing quite like a good ol Chicago typewriter. It's more than a gun, it's a work of art 👌
I think steampunk would be the best option as the style and design would fit in with the time period.

I like how the modern weapons are at least 50 years old at this current point in time. Shows how slow the evolution of firearms has become.
I like your point, but I didn't think it's really slowed down. I think we've just gotten to a point in weapon design where the older ones are viable options for much longer now
No, it hasn't "slowed down", it's just been perfected. The AK and by extension the M4/M16 are basically the design for modern rifles now, and if it's not broken, why fix it?

Funny enough, the 1911 pistol was made in 1899, so Arthur was actually able to use it if he wanted.

Does anyone know how to change models of weapons? Like someone made the sword from final fantasy and put it in rdr2 is there a way I could make my own Katana mod to replace the machete?
