I think you have more than one weapons.ymt files. You have to change the mod file load order and check the overwrite option in the ModManager mod so the weapons.ymt file of the Service Rifle mod is loaded later than others.
You’re terrible and showcasing these weapons mods. You got full auto guns just shooting them one shoot at a time or semi shotgun just shooting one time then pausing this a a disgrace to watch
