    Great video, sooo interesting! It can prevent excessive hamstring activation during kick back exercise? Unfortunatly at the end of the exercises my hamstrings burn more than my glutes. I will give a try!

      Yes, it can prevent it. Why don't you also try to pre-fatigue the glutes by doing some weighted glute bridges directly before performing this exercise?
