How do I use my throwing knives all I have for throwing is molotov in the corner and I know I crafted knives

Replace the Molotov or put knives in an empty slot. They should appear in your throwables.

At Workbench you can craft a slot for them (or any other throwable/hand explosive) on your backpack Supremo and then equip it 😃
