I went to the final game of that 100 Koshien, it was held on 21st August of 2018 between Osaka Toin (Osaka) and the surprising team Kanaashi Nogyo (Akita), that championship crowned Osaka Toin as the greatest, the only high school capable of winning Spring and Summer Koshien in the same year for twice.
Amazing final, kanaashi was a public school and they've beat a lot of historic schools led by their ace kosei yoshida, koshien it's just amazing I can't even describe how awesome it is
For example once a pitcher threw a no hitter in the final, and he threw like a 17 innings complete game in the quater finals, those are things that If I would watch in an anime I would say it's unreal
And if you want to hear a story similar to diamond no ace I've got one, the best team in the country and former champions of 2018, lost the year later in the prefecture round and the team that won for their prefecture after won the koshien tournament finals, they are very similar to inashiro and seido
