@crasher3550 Low dex. Depending on your funding, you can cap dex anywhere from 40 (like him) to 80 (me) and use non top/bottom dex equips to reach your desired amount (which should be enough to equip the claw of your choice, my examples of dex are enough to equip a Red Craven).
