I'm a mechanic and have a bad habit of tracking oil and grease into my car. Honestly I just use dish soap with my drill brush, and blast away the dirty water with a pressure washer. It pulls out the stains every time.

I ended up pre-ordering my drying towel, and I have to say it is the best by far I have ever used. The weight allows it to glide over the car so easily. It also makes the drying process take half the time.

Great Transformation. Bentley's are uncommon cars in the USA. The foam cannon clips were awesome. Here is what I use for carpet cleaning whether its car carpets or around the house. First, I use straight OxiClean mixed with water, which works well but I can run out of the solution fairly quickly. The dilution ratio is the package instructions, which is line 1 on scoop to 16 oz. of warm to hot water. Second, I have also used Folex Carpet Stain Remover, which I have used a few times, I use it full strength, and works pretty good. Lastly, I use Fuller Brush Fulsol Degreaser, which is my favorite cleaner/degreaser. I have used both the full strength aerosol and the 2X concentrate diluted, it is one of the foamiest cleaners I have ever used on carpets. If you try it, I would recommend using a deformer in an extractor when removing the soiled solution. The ratio for the 2X concentrate is 1 capful to 16 oz. of warm to hot water.

You did a fantastic job on this car. I just am very disappointed about that trunk. I cannot believe a car that cost that much would have an issue like that. As soon as you opened it and I saw all that water I was very surprised.
I hope you were able to fix the issue even though that's not part of your detailing business. I think you did a pretty good job cleaning up that mess back there. I've had a car or two that had had had that issue and it does make a big mess.

There’s a spray called Awesome, that stuff works wonders on stains. Spot spray before shampooing. Also hair spray and acetone. Those two take out stains as well
I'm a Korean car wash RUclipsr. I'm so moved by the detailed car wash and I'm learning well.
I would add one thing, try hitting carpets with steamer once you sprayed it with your cleaning solution it would help with softening and lifting those heavy stains and dirt and extraction will be much easier and results much better :) Nice video btw 👌

I use Meguiar's apc 10:1 if heavily stained and 20:1 for moderately dirty carpets and seats.

I just watched your interior detailing tools and equipment video. Can you post a video for your exterior detailing equipment and tools? I've bought a few of the products from the interior detailing video and really liked them.
You can also use laundry soap, but just a few drops. Agitate with your drill brush and use a carpet extractor to get it out.
Where can you buy that colored snow foam

Don't let that stop you! You really don't need that much to get started. The right chemicals, towels and buckets and you'll be in business.

@@CalabreseAutoDetail oh for sure, definitely won't be. My point being, don't let the lack of equipment be the reason not to get started. Start small and build up over time. Even if you had all the top-of-line tools from the start, without clients it means nothing.
I detail these every day. If you need to polish it 3m ultra fine polish and rupes DA FINE with the yellow wool pad gets amazing results
Get yourself a air compressor and use it to spray out the areas you’ve cleaned - to use after you wiped dry the vinyl prior to dressing.
It makes work easier and results noticeable.
That rear tire trunk cover needs to be done with dish soap & hot water couple tablespoons to 16oz spray bottle. Let dwell about 5 mins then agitate with drill attachment.
Also, hot water extractor is a great investment. The trunk cover looks there was after birth stained on it. Acid rain looks like it messed up the dye in the carpet.
For carpet stains … shout it out. Work wonders. Fully rise after using and walk away. Spot will fad in a matter of minutes.

Would you recommend this power washer? I have a gas one that foams like no one business but it’s loud and bulky and would like something to potentially mount on the wall

You mentioned “the dealership” on a few occasions; do you have an open business kind of relationship with a local auto dealer? Also, would you recommend professional detailers reach out to local auto dealers to see if they’d like to have a “loose” partnership on jobs here and there with trade-ins they receive, or to get other vehicles in their inventory reconditioned/prepared for a sale, etc.?

Regarding your question about Carpet cleaning - I had a stain on very light tan (Cadillac) the carpet cleaners I had would not remove. I made a paste of oxiclean, let it sit for a few minutes, agitated a bit then got the extractor. It worked, but was really afraid it was going to bleach it a bit, fortunately, it didn’t. Our other vehicle has black carpet, very good quality and I use Bissell for heavy traffic when needed. Use our home vacuum (Kirby) which could suck the chrome off of a ‘58 Buick! Obviously I’m not dealing with the disasters that you are. 😉

As for the carpets , you should try pressure washing them first to get the APC out of the fibers more efficiently, then proceeding with extracting . As for a shampoo, when you are not asked to do the polishing, can at least use the meguiars wash plus, along with MF wash mitt , as it has micro abrasives that will get some of the contaminants out and lightly do some abrasion ...

I use Lighting fast by chemical guys you can get it almost anywhere and it's very concentrated so it will last a very long time and it works really good
Carpet cleaning solution.....all purpose cleaner (4:1), plus a squirt of Dawn dish soap. Power wash mats with water; hot water extraction of interior carpets.

Just a thought, would iron fallout remover work with the trunk stains?
When my brother and sister-inlaw were looking at Porsche Macan's he opened up the trunk and the mat was damp. He told the salesman and he said it had just been cleaned and it was okay. My brother pulled the mat out and took out cargo cover and wheel and there was about 21 gallons of water in the well. The salesman could only mumble and said he would have it fixed. They bought another Macan he he took everything out and it was dry.
so they bought 2 macans?
