I will be using it mainly for borderless prints, as well as printing different sizes of photos. I have never done either of these before, so I need some specific instructions. A fantastic video, straight to the point, no messing around, A Great Job....I just have one question, what is the heaviest weight that this printer can print on, for example watercolour paper. My main reason for buying a printer is so I can transfer my drawings onto watercolour paper ready for me to paint. This will save me a ton of time and make life so much easier. I am interested in buying the CANNON PIXMA TS9550, If anyone else reading this should know, please do let me know. Thankyou.
Great video.. but I need HELP !! I have had this printer for about 3 weeks and love the print quality and relative size for what it can do…. HOWEVER…. just this am, it switched over to a disk printing mode and I cannot figure out how to switch back to printing from my tablet and smart phone..
I suppose you just close the disc tray and printer will print in normal print mode. Also printer does not disconnect from wifi if you print disc (using MP tray)

Awesome video and super clear instructions. Just a doubt... What about the print quality and many claim that the cartridges get consumed in a short period like a week or so??? What do you think/suggest? In canons website it states that it should come longer?? Your thoughts?
Tnx for your comment :-) . The cartridges in the box are setup, more full thank standard, but less than XL/XXL version. If you buy XXL, you won't run out very soon, depends how much you print, but black XXL has official 800 pages capacity. This is a great allround printer. IF you print few hundreds of pages per month, then you should consider one of PIXMA G series, but those models do not have the features of the TS models. @@PrintCloud The TS9521C I bought has a rear tray to print 12 x 12 but non of the software out there has a "12 x 12" paper size option. This model has templates that you can print. I'm guessing it's time to learn Adobe Illustrator? Thanks for responding.
Very informative video. I have purchased this printer and I am extremely disappointed. I keep getting error messages when trying to print on cardboard which was one of the reasons I purchased the printer. Would appreciate any advise.
Ahmad Addas yes! Just wish I knew the best way to do so or where to go. Just got my canon TS9521C - so just getting familiar with it all. But from what I learned so far - yes it is possible. But don’t go with a HP if you want to be free to make the choice to choose any ink you want !

for 4x6 inch media see from 1:10, in the back tray you put the photo media and then select the right format on the screen, I hope this helps

Just read it can apparently print on up to ~75lb cardstock

ADF is for A4 only, one sided scan is only possible.
