To be honest, you don't need any senses or external stimuli to experience this intelligence. It is beyond the body and the mind.

Master the senses and learn to use thought. Instead of thought identitying and creating reality out of suppressed unconscious patterning

„Use your 5 senses fully without thought.“ are 2 operations at once.
Using the senses & having no thought.
      Right?
Can a brain process multiple operations at once?
While actually you can’t form or hold on to thoughts when you are just present and aware - regardless how many senses you use. It doesn’t matter.
So: „Without thought“ is merely the result of it, - not a second parallel operation.
But - also - when now one tries to be present to get rid of thoughts this also won’t work, because one is trying to achieve something by trying to be present.
„Trying to achive“ is always in the future so it can’t be in the present - it’s simple as that. And only being present reveals a mind that isn‘t cluttered.
One can’t achieve „no thought“ by will.
Whatever system or technique someone offers.
      Those aren’t opinions.
Everyone can try it and will see it for themselves.
The talks of J. don’t need to be commented on. It’s about trying and finding it out for oneself.
Comments do not add value to the teachings at all.
But they obviously will confuse people even more.
13 people liked this top-comment at the time of typing this.
So there are now 13 people out there who try to force their way into „no thought“ while also using their five senses.
      Take care of yourself. :)

I see so many parallels in his talks to what is referred to as dhyana, dharana, samadhi, samyama etc in the yoga sutras 🙂

Is it not called comparison when you compare ur brain and computer.
And on the other hand u say comparing u r self will invoke division..
    I may have lost it.
    Please help

It’s just an analogy to make the point easier to understand.
Our brains literally are computers if you think of it. Don’t we always calculate, evaluate, judge etc?
