at first i thought Persson was so out of line v Hlelmuth til I realized Hellmuth has done this to 1000's of players. no one really gave it back to him. i quickly changed my tune. Well played Persson.
@Tyler he abuse's, may not directly curse them, we can agree both behavior is abhorrent, but in the end a bully got bullied.
@Tyler He does something much worse then swearing, he questions his ability as a poker player. He berates their skill and knowledge of the game. An f you here or their is much better then calling someone horrible at their passion/dream/ or profession.
Phil does it to everybody though so it never feels personal.

Hellmuth is the biggest hypocrit in Poker. He deserves every little bit that comes his way. Persson channeled a lot towards him to get under Hellmuths skin and it worked like a charme.
This cordiality is the best example of how two poker pros should act. Perfect! Persson is excellent. Big fan now after that move on Daniel with the 4,3 Whew Best talk I've ever heard

Not only were Daniel's antics at the beginning hilarious, but they were also brilliant. He defused Persson's ability to get under his skin before the match even started, and took away Persson's only weapon. So smart.
Great to watch and as DNegs fan I always love watching him and even if the Helmuth vs Persson was fun I like this even more as it was interresting learning more about Persson.
Did Persson swim there in his scuba gear?
With the ultra heat in Vegas he's probably wishing for swim time. Whoever developed wicking fabric should get a Nobel award.
I think he is performing as a street mime after the poker is done.
I use to think Eric came off as a D bag, but over time it seems like he is just that way. to certain people. I really enjoyed seeing him humble Batman with the card and now to see his respect level with Daniel is awesome.
A person who is “that way” to certain people, is actually “that way.”
It’s easy to be nice and amicable to people you like. It’s how you behave to people you don’t like that shows who you really are.

I really liked watching this one. Persson is a totally different character when he plays against someone he respects and actually likes to play and talk with. Negreanu is always enjoyable to watch, wether he is in his wacky moods or just plain stoic and talking normal, you gotta love the guy, he's just a cool kat thru and thru!

I got into cards in second grade and it's been so long since I've ever been actually allowed to play let alone have a little extra cash willing to loose but I been doing pretty well at black jack maybe now I can use some actual skill

DNegs playing straight up and winning. I don't know why he folded the fullhouse. JRB folded to a worse hand as well to Persson. What's funny is DNegs and JRB both said why they thought they had Persson beat....then folded. Persson is pretty obvious, like DNegs said "why'd you bet so much?". That's almost a pure tell Persson is trying to steal it.

I am happy to see Negranue is now more on the humorous style as Doug...and now I am a big fan of Negranue too. Btw you guys all poker celebrities in the eyes of a lot of people in the poker community. But as a 58 year old woman who just started playing poker learning from you guys online....I dont really know and don't understand the concept of "inner circle" in poker.
