Another strategy that I didn't see mentioned was the Juggernaut strat. Basically all you need to do is complete 2 cargo contracts and you can purchase a jug suit to do an easy bounty contract. I ended up getting my ray gun schematic by doing this strategy yesterday and it's definitely worth a try.

Yep I agree with both of you, I prefer to do that jug strategy in a team of 3. Because someone will always have money to buy a suit after completing the contract. This strategy is intended to be as easy as possible without having to shoot your gun or anything. Thanks for checking out the video!
A great way to farm easy cash and a large backpack is driving through the storm when it’s in tier 1. Drive close enough to the storm caller to get it to follow you and it will follow you out of the storm. If you drive far enough away it will be too far away from the storm and less than a magazine(depending on gun) will put it down. It always drops essence a large bag and a gold skull. It took me less than 5 minutes to PAP LVL 3. It won’t always follow you if you don’t do it right but my record is getting it to follow me 7X in a row. You can keep repeating this in a single raid. Unless someone actually kills the storm caller for a mission.

Thanks for the tips the cargo spot you suggested did the trick only took 3 run and the most sloppy 4 minutes of game play I have put together in my life. But the Ray gun schematic was secured 🙏🏻

just a tip for the primary equipment: use the throwing knife, even in tier 3 it is one hit to the hellhounds. pretty nice if u consider these are the only things that can get u if u run with ur fists out.

Good guide by the way - nice concise and helpful. My input to this, is that for me, knives are essential instead of thermite, as they'll take care of dogs and keep you from getting into trouble as that's the only thing that can catch you (and they'll slow you down and let the other zombies get you)

The rate drop for cool rewards in T3 zone is so good at not being good loot lmaooo. The amount of time i farm T3 bounties is wild for the risk I endure every game. Cool video anyways tho
I swear, it is the worst when you complete a tough contract and get a green tool 😂 all part of the grind I guess.
Im still hunting for that Epic aether tool. The only thing I'm missing.
That was the last thing I got also, but doing this strategy can help with that since you get it from doing tier 3 contracts!

Good tip. I got elemental pop first time, a 3plate vest and everytime another team keeps stealing the contract. It's like you can only do this once a game.

This is a stupid question , I just started playing and I cannot figure out how to pull up the mini map . How do you pull the map up like that?

Last night, 4 games in a row the cargo contract never spawned. I even cancelled the exit contact 6 different times in each game and even had my teammate cancel all the contracts trying to get it to spawn. Not one time did cargo spawn and eventually every single contract was gone and never came back. We had other teams running in and saying "why is there no contracts?" 4 games in a row this happened until 3am. I haven't checked this morning yet to see if it was just a bug, but I'm worried that they removed it or nerfed it because they hate letting us win at this game for some reason.
Weird I haven’t had that happen to me, I hopped on last night with a friend at like 10:00 PM Central Time and it was his first time playing zombies so we were grinding away tier three contracts to get him some higher loot and we used this method. I’ll need to test it out again when I get back!
You can thank all the RUclipsrs for that . There's so many people showing these videos . I have done the deliver cargo contract 100 times no ray guy schematic . Because of videos like this treyarch will make it harder . So you will have to do a eliminate bounty contract to get ray gun schematic .
LOL...I rarely go into Tier 2! Love the game but Im nearly 60 years of age and have no one to play with. Would only be a burden so I figure I'd wait until some kind soul drops a schematic for me.

If the mystery box is in that location contract won't spawn at all, also recent contract can get bugged and won't spawn no matter what you do.
Also since recent update the loot at the end is tech not as good as it was

Thank you I appreciate the support! It 100% works, but you’ll always be subject to that RNG the raygun only has like a 5% drop rate so you’ll typically have to do many contracts before you finally get it. It took my friends and me like 25 try’s personally

Go further to the left there’s barely any zombies most the time I only see them when I get to the hook.

It really does vary, it’s all RNG at the end of the day. There appears to be 5% chance it will drop, so it just comes down to luck at the end of the day if you’re going to get it. For me personally it took around 20 tries, but people have commented saying they got it there first couple try’s. So it’s just going to vary person by person
Update, I downed a marauder in zone 2 and it dropped the shatter blast schematic finally.

That is BY FAR the toughest to do lmao. It’s not easy at all to do that solo, but the way I have did that with friends is by a few sentry guns, and put the sentry guns on the tank facing each way. It works like a charm lmao.

No problem I try to respond as quick as I can. The good thing about completing the story missions is you will get a bunch of schematics like the blue tool and wonderwaffe schematic! And the skin you get after completing Act 3 is pretty awesome!

Maybe honestly. But others would disagree if you look through the comments, they haven’t been as lucky as us. Whenever I get an extra I make sure to give it away to help others out! It would be nice if they would formally increase the drop rate of that, and other rare items in the tier 3 zone.

I got a raygun schematic but on my way to exfil, my wifi disconnected for a moment. I thought tombstone would save it but it doesnt work for disconnections and so i lost it ☹️

If you already have it unlocked, you will just select it from your insured weapon slot when selecting your gear.

That’s unlucky my man. It seems hit or miss with people. It took me a ton of tries using this method, but a week ago my friend got it first try. And someone in the comments yesterday said they got it on the third try. The RNG just isn’t friendly to some people. Keep up the grind 👊
I believe you can't get the ray gun this way anymore . I think they have finally patched this . Ive done it over 100 times did it 10 times tonight no ray gun schematic .
You still can it’s just 100% RNG. I got it again last night doing this contract when I was just trying to get money to go to tier 4.
