I just rewatched the video start to finish and didn't notice heavy breathing... but regardless, that video was last year and 30lb heavier. Since then I've changed my lifestyle and my health is the best it's been. I very well could have been breathing heavy during the video but that is what happens when you don't take care of yourself. Drinking ketones was key to getting back in shape. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my story :-)
