To me this seems gimmicky when compared to the Breville smart toasters which have many of the same features without the need of an LCD screen. Plus they have additional features like long slots and a “Lift & Look” button that quickly raises the toast so you can see it without interrupting the toasting cycle. For nearly half the price of this one, I’ll stick with my Breville.
The toast on the left was very uneven looking - quite dark on the right side, pale on the left side. I expected better. 5:19 No, I'm not paying $471 for a toaster. LOL Fool me once. I was dumb enough to buy a 4 slice KitchenAid Pro Line toaster over a decade ago that retailed for $400 (I got a bit of a discount) and it completely failed within 2 yrs. The bakelite knobs broke off and one side stopped working. Then there was a fire hazard recall on it so they sent me an updated model 5 yrs ago, which is still in the box. The new one is apparently $500. That doesn't impress me. It didn't even get good reviews. ruclips.net/video/yP6y59PC_GQ/видео.html
Slice didn’t come out evenly browned all over. Also, what about wide slices? The slits look too small for those loaves. And what about repeated uses? Does it keep constant slice after slice when multiple guests and family members are being served? Finally, can it toast just one side, when English guests are invited?
I didn’t know i needed this in my life until now.
Right?!
Finally somebody using 60 years old technology that did the same thing except for being able to make the 2 sides toast to different levels.
Hahahah. Truth.
Love gadgets like this. More kitchen gadgets of the future, please!
You got it!
Thanks for the review Erin. Nice to have one of those.
Sure is, thanks Ron!

Good point!
Not bad Erin! I often over cook it so smart machine will me not to get into mistakes. 🙃
Very true!
This is absolutely amazing!
😃😃😃😃
I am fine with my black and Decker toaster thanks.
Fair. Thanks for the comment!
Looks cool nice review
Thanks, it actually is!
For three hundred bucks it going to have to play y-tube videos while I'm waiting two tone toasting 😁
LOL!
It would be a game changer if the toasts would be ready after a couple of seconds. But this device looks like a to expensive gadget people don´t need.
Does it have a bagel function? Toasting only one side?
looking good Mrs
Thank you kindly!
Can it cope with "wide" toast (e.g. sourdough bread)?
My question, too! 😊
But does it do bagels?
Sure does!
😃
Smart toastr? Wow...😂
I been toasting my bread like a chump.
Lol, haven't we all ;)

Understandable, thanks for sharing.
I noticed that, too! For $300 plus, I demand perfection.

Well crap. I want one
Yes!
I was feeling this toaster until you said the price. 🫢. Although it looks very nice, I think I’ll stick to my dumb toaster. Great video. 😊
LOL, understandable, thanks!
