it's weird that Echo is Singaporean, but I'll accept it is a headcanon since currently there is no SEAsian hero lol (and it's totally possible too, Singapore currently is the most developed SEA country, even in OW universe it will probably ahead of the rest too)

Valorant does a great job sperating each character from design. Making all of them not only unique but very distinct. put dva in kirikos costume you cannot tell them apart. put jett in neons costume or any other agents costume theyre bot the same person thats the difference.
You cannot tell me that tracer is supposed to be British. If she was actually she would say “ay up mush, T’ cavalry’s here”. In fact tracer with a Birmingham accent would be even better.
